Ok let's stop arguing its not getting anywhere, you have your opinion just like other someone don't like some parts and other don't like different one so it's their own choices and preferences and I am not the writer of the story so I cannot explain to you why she goes back to only that specific time what I actually feel is that the part where she goes back was shown with little depth so the scene felt incomplete, I think writer only want to show her struggle and pain while going to that same trauma multiple times and Don't add much of details in it, that is the reason why it's looking forced. No one is saying that story is completely flawless everyone is just speculating the probabilities and it's just a drama so there is no need to find logic, there are multiple dramas out there having no sense at all so it's ok scratching your brain to understand the story of a drama is what interests some one the audience while some one wants everything perfectly but let's just stick to one think none of this has anything to do with either actors or characters it's writer who wrote the character, the main thing is everyone from main leads to supporting cast acts well, all were good, many people enjoyed and many didn't so it's ok just leave this conversation here.

He was powerful from the start but his complete power wasn't awakened until the time his brother chiwen died. Jiling was acting hero and he always had that guilt inside him and he was also waiting for the right successor so that he can be free but his role was way more bigger in all these things that if it wasn't shows fully in the show than story would have been more confusing, from his origin to the journey of becoming fake dragon diety it was necessary to show his past. Wsg character was most staight to the point, other three have complicated characters.

She was back in that specific time because it where he killed wuwangyan leading wushiguang to get mad and showed his jiuying fragment which was on him and then jiling sacrifice himself, so luwuyi started from that point where she can save wuwangyan from jiling so nothing like that happened from the starting point. I think if you want to really understand the plot then watch it again and if you just want to criticize the plot by watching it with skipping scenes then it wasn't for you, you shouldn't waste your time on thinking about it you won't get the story even after 2-3 watch. Main criticism is coming from the thought that people thinking that wushiguang was main character but I think he was just like the final boss not hero of the story. It was jiling who gave up his whole life for the people wushiguang came to get all dragon powers and kill jiuying he was born to kill jiuying and his return means the fall of chi wen. So it's basically a new king get the throne when previous is dethroned.

I respect your choice and everyone have their perspectives to see things and I am not arguing wuwu are my favourite too but jilu story was like incomplete and tragic which makes to want to them more and I would like to see them again with better light hearted story not some sacrifices and all.

You don't want to be called hater but using the most hateful words for the drama and actors, an opinion could be given without being too harsh with words. If you don't like the acting, actors or story why even wasted your time to watch it, you watch every scene even when you don't like it from the start. I would never pass even 1 episode if I don't like it.

Not all chemistry is about sizzling if you haven't found emotional depth in ji ling and wuyi story then for you love is all about romance and sizzle, I found wuwu couple chemistry good but it's same repeating haters to lovers story but jilu's story seems fresh to me, 2 people with secret identities but pure heart their love doesn't need overly romantic scenes to show chemistry washing hands is much more romantic scenes in their part. In MDL I see all jilu shippers praising wuwu chemistry but not seen a single wuwu shipper praising jilu chemistry. I know wuwu shippers have problem with their screen timing but you don't have to hate on jilu for that.

But if jiu ying was killed then there was no existence of lu wuyi she was his vessel, this is the reason why jiling took her with him because he knew if he left her there she would not live so he took her to somewhere else where they are not anyone's vessel but themselves. I found the ending happy because it's the life they always wanted, jiling wanted family and loved one who would not live him and he remain immortal and lu wuyi wanted simple life so they get one

It is clear that she was told by director to talk like that it's not her natural voice, you can watch VoS promotion video. In later episodes you can also find change in her voice.

My fav scene was when lwy went to find jiling and saw chi wen taking out his heart and fight him, she was so good in that scene, that anger and hate in her eyes towards chi wen and affection for jiling was so strong and that's the reason why chiwen captured her by his side, he started to fall for her because of the love and care she showed towards jiling. My favourite costume for lwy was when she came back in shilin sect with jiling and others she looked extra beautiful in that costume just like an angel other one fav is red one when she fight with lijie. Fav quote is "don't cry don't be sad, I will always be with you" it's sad and beautiful at the same time. As for jiling I like him in red wedding dress the most, all his costumes were fancy and good but red one was most striking.

When this drama was filming all shippers of Joseph and jjy thought the same but after watching the drama I saw everyone swooning over jilu, even if someone don't like the story or overall drama they are all talking about their chemistry and how they are so beautiful together.
