Overall it was a very good drama. The cases were exciting and the actors did a good job. -The thing with the romance is, that if they didn't want to go with it, they shouldn't have shown Fl so clearly in love.( Kind of contrary to Family by Choice). -2nd couple getting engaged felt way too rushed. -or course Fl's mother gets forgiven easily... - I actually liked that the ex-wife didn't get redemption. She stayed true to herself until the end. Demanding Ml to get a wife or roommate to keep the dog??? Screw her and her new insecure loser husband.
I expected this to be the kind of slice of life drama where I would have to force myself to even finish the 1st episode, but it ended up being such a wild ride.
Is this even popular enough for a third season? Do koreans like it? On viki it barely stayed in the top 20, which is pretty bad for a live airing kdrama.
Ended up being underwhelming. Guess the husband and his family were supposed to be realistic, but they just felt weird. I didn't care about his sister's story at all. The second half became quite draggy, and there weren't as many romantic scenes as I expected after the first two episodes. Anyway, it was an okay show, and I like that established actresses keep getting cast in japanese gl shows.
Japanese noona romance where the guy isn't a minor🤩 Only watched the 1st episode, so I'm not sure how much I like it. The rooftop scene was great.
In kdramas the second couples with a couple minutes of screentime per episode are listed as Main Roles, while in jdramas clear leads who even are on the covers often count as support. I just looked up Musashi no Rondo, and it's the same there.
The first episode got me hooked... but I am on ep 5 now, and the overacting ''villain'' is ruining it for me. Leak his weird Stasi regime to the press, and the school could just close down, as no parents would want to send their children there.
edit. never mind. the parents know the plan and support it, because of course, why not LOL
Koreans really love to potray themselves as losers who never can get over anyone. Guy got rejected five years ago, hasn't seen Fl since, but is still in love. Actress has a boyfriend, had been married , but is still interested in Ml😭 Feels like someone like that is in nearly every romance kdrama.
I sometimes think female characters can't win. We get a character like Han Na who's reserved and somewhat cold…
Bitching about the fl is apparently a kdrama comment section tradition... The obvious answer to your question would probably make people mad, so I'm keeping it to myself.

My hatred for the villain, her henchman, and the parents was real. I wanted them to suffer.

Stop meddling in my noona romance!
