This show got on my last nerves and I'm here to explain why.First, the entirety of the show was too quick for me. Yeah, I read the tags but it was just too much. Like the leads just met each other and now they're established? Two, every guy kept chasing after her. The stalker in the first episode, the guy who was cornering her in that room, her best friend, that other dude who smokes. Too many guys wanted her, which was creepy to me. Three, Risa not knowing what to do in situations where she's being chased. The shit really pissed me off. Plus her childish tendencies were annoying and weird to watch. She acted like a full-on child, fresh from birth. Fourth, his show is just a fucking mess for me. The only reason why I even decided to watch this is because of Dori Sakurada. If he wasn't even in it, I wouldn't have touched it. I'll cut it some slack for being a recreation of a manga but if you're going to include them kissing on the first fucking episode, cut up the episodes at least. But my overall description is that this was a waste of time for me.

Already In My Rewatch List
I expected this to be a bootleg “A Love So Beautiful” but I was wrong. Very wrong. This is AMAZING! It's similar to "A Love So Beautiful" but doesn't have the horribly rude male lead who the female lead falls in love with. Yeah, Ji Jun Xing had his rude/mean moments but those aren't comparable to Jiang Chen's. Plus Lin Xi isn't as much of a doormat compared to Chen Xiaoxi. She at least knows to stand up for herself when needed. And these two are so cute! They have my heart definitely. So in conclusion, go watch this! :))Was this review helpful to you?

My Honest Opinion
Since I was sort of new to watching Asian movies/dramas a while back, I saw this movie on YouTube and was bored so I decided to sit down and watch it. It's a cute movie for newcomers but some of the scenes might have you like, "Um.." because it may seem weird that the male lead said this or did that to a 16-year-old girl. The arranged marriage plot is burned out for me, but it works here in this movie. The parents agreed to it at least. Overall, it was a cute story and I enjoyed how cute it was. Honestly...
The story is your typical university-setted story with a hint of a hidden superstar (not really secret) who finds a non-fan, assumes they're a fan, and embarks on a journey to discovering that they have feelings for them and blah blah blah. I personally found the story bland but somewhat enjoyable since we saw many couples and different personalities. The female lead was quite different from the other shows I've seen that have the same/similar plot. Would I rewatch it? found this on some random movie channel & the thumbnail was funny so i clicked and was immediately hooked onto the movie!!it was childishly entertaining BUT mature enough to make a good statement since the message is about pushing through whatever happens and whatnot; so i say people should go watch this if they’re bored lol

A Rare One
I didn’t expect much out of this show but it gave me a lot that I'm obsessed with it now. The production, high-quality. The plot is unique. The soundtrack is AMAZING. The actors did an amazing job and some of them are cute. I thought that this was going to be an ordinary school drama but no. I was completely wrong. girl what was that fuckass ending
see...this movie cute and all BUT the ending felt very empty to melike idk what it is but it felt like the directors were like "DAMN HERE" and tried to make it seem like meili & haoran liked each other/were dating...idk who was in charge but they should've made things end on a more satisfying note than abruptly
and regarding the idea of them dating, it would've been perfect if they kissed OR teased the idea instead of leaving it empty and up to us (the audience) to figure things out. certain scenes could've been perfect for them to kiss, especially when meili and haoran were on the rooftop or when meili finished singing at the end of the fashion show
a simple hug or forehead kiss would've done them justice fr fr

GIRL TRUE BEAUTY COULD NEVER!!
i forgot to add a review when i first watched shadow beauty BUT that doesn't matter because even after my third time rewatching this show, i can safely say it lives up to the thriller themes that true beauty tried to emulate. not to be that gyal but...true beauty could really neverlike the small romantic subplot plus the overall thriller shadow beauty has really gives true beauty a run for its' money. plus, the romance between ae-jin and jin-sung makes me a sucker so pls go watch this if you haven't already!! <3

see, i walked into this drama with the assumption that cha eunwoo would be stealing the show, as he usually does. but boy, was i ASTONISHED. MF WE GOT THE FINE SELECTION OF A CAST, A PLOT THAT’S WORTH THE REWATCH, AND THEY MENTIONED DETROIT. THEY MENTIONED DETROIT AND I’M FROM THERE ⁉️it was so random when they mentioned it, cuz whatchu mean he did some demonic ritual shit here
