When I started watching Idol Producer I didn't intend to adopt like over 20 trainees ... now I don't know how to handle the situation when only 9 will be picked for the final group ... I'm even more surprised by how many rappers can actually sing and not only sing but being amazingly good in singing (e.g. Xingjie).
Back to your question XD so yeah if I could only take one person it would probably be Kunkun too but nowadays it seems like if you take either Kunkun or Ziyi the other one is the +1
So Liu Ziye(bratty teenage ruler/emperor), Liu Chuyu and Zhu Que are all related and are siblings. Can someone…
I think the prophecy was about Zhu Que being a threat to the throne - she will be the reason (or one of the reasons) for the end of their line and it kind of is true since she then was being send to kill her own brother (Ziye).
The real Liu Chu Yu was found dead, probably the people from tianjin tower took her body to the palace when they killed Ziye, I think a guard screamed something about the princess being dead when Zhu Que ran away (shortly after she saw Ziye for the last time and before he was killed)
I also saw the trailer, it was focused on Chu Yu and Rong Zhi didn't see his concubine (or at least noticed her)I…
I agree, I rewatched Ep 17 and 18 and compared Rong Zhi's behaviour when he's with Chu Yu and when he is with his concubine and he definitely favours Chu Yu over the other girl. I was also wondering about how Chu Yu lost her memories, I guess Tian Rujing did something with her memories since he said he will make sure she won't be any threat to Tianji Tower or she is also only faking it and scheming against Tianji Tower.
I just saw in a new trailer of rong zhi dying with blood gushing out of his mouth. He told chuyu that this time…
I also saw the trailer, it was focused on Chu Yu and Rong Zhi didn't see his concubine (or at least noticed her) I really hope he is just plotting something because his gaze at Chu Yu some times seems different
I agree with you, there were not many Korean dramas which interested me in 2017 and I mostly watched Chinese dramas last year. I totally love Eternal Love (3L3W TMOPB) it was just the perfect adaption of the novel (even though the novel had it "scandals" regarding copyright but mostly for international viewers). I'm still not really over the drama and am excited to see the sequel "The Pillow Book", whenever it's done filming.
I've finished "I'm not a robot". In my opinion it was very well made, how the episodes were cut (each episode around 40min long) so it didn't seem as dragy as other Korean dramas nowadays. Though it did have some parts which I deemed unnecessary it's still one of the best Korean dramas of 2017.
I'm still watching the King's woman, around ep 38 right now, and I agree with you, sometimes it's quiet boring but it is actually enjoyable.
I've also watched Strong Woman Do Bong Soon and Fight For My Way and I totally agree with you. SWDBS, first episodes were really exciting but they somehow forgot the main plot and just found something to fill in the episodes. I feel like Korean dramas nowadays (about 80% of all K-Dramas) try to use some attractive cast to lure in the viewers and gain a high rating. There is no real depth to the story, and they are compensating that with the (well like I said) attractive cast.
it's been a month since this drama ended and I'm still having withdrawal syndromes ... no other drama…
@emily they changed DH's character (well actually the whole story about FJ and DH in Eternal Love) I really like him in Eternal Love, but i love his character in the Pillow books, there are some who don't understand how DH could fall in love with FJ in Eternal love and the pillow books just show his true feelings more openly, you will know what I mean if you continue reading the books :D
it's been a month since this drama ended and I'm still having withdrawal syndromes ... no other drama…
@emily I'm also reading the pillow books (am halfway through the 2nd one, why couldn't DH be like how he is described in the pillow books?!)
I've already watched Journey of Flower, how far are you now? I didn't really like the drama at first but it kinda grows on you, I really like Sha Qian Mo (probably my fav character from the drama)

thank for your replies :D
I've already watched Boss and Me and Love o2o (love both dramas a lot, actually rewatched Boss and Me a few days ago because of the 3L3W withdrawal XD)
I still can get into romance part and can't stand all female rival characters and their portrayal. Only Dong…
But that's after she got Su Su jump off the terrace and gets allowed to marry in Xiwu Pallace through Tian Jun and the help of the Soul Gathering Lamp, before that she's only a girl madly in love with Ye Hua trying to break up the husband and wife through cunning ways
She's deeply invested in the idea of Ye Hua being HERS for years and years before he met BQ/Su Su and that he will definitely marry her (because everyone else is just unworthy and didn't invest so much time)
She mistakes Ye Hua's kindness for interest, thinks he is just quiet and doesn't like to talk much, not really knowing his real personality
I had a hard time too after finishing the drama (and I watched it twice, the 2nd time subbed), so I started to…
I'm midway through the 2nd pillow book :D and i love it, even though FJ and DH's story is kind of different than the drama version
YH and BQ's wedding is at the beginning of the 1st pillow book and i was so happy to read that part because I kind of felt it was missing from the drama (but on the other end I thought the ending was just perfectly done)

I also think it's because of their yuan fen.
Dong Hua as the former ruler of Heaven has, like the later episodes show, a heavier burden than the other immortals. He erased his name from the Three Lives Stone for others to not use his beloved one (eg. wife) to threaten him or be accused of favouring a clan because of his connections.
So it's destined for him to meet and fall in love with Feng Jiu but he has to conceal it and try to not deepen them but fate wouldn't be fate if that's so easy.
if the speculation is indeed true of his and Feng Jiu's names were written on the Three Lives Stone, he would probably know that they once were destined to be together.
So falling in love with her would probably be because of the small things she does for him, how she gets hurt over and over because of him, and her constant presence. The people of the old times mostly didn't get married because they loved each other but learnt to love each other through the time spend together.
For someone as Dong Hua who is living "alone" in Taisheng Palace, Feng Jiu has to be kind of a change in scenery and give him joy.
Even though he tries to not show his feelings, his actions still speak louder. He wouldn't risk his live to save just anyone (just compare how he is treating Feng Jiu and how he is treating other females).
Does my explanation make any sense? XD that would be the explanation for the drama version
I'm currently reading the 2 Pillow Books (following the end of 3L3W) in which Dong Hua and Feng Jiu are the main characters. So the story is kind of different than the one displayed in the drama about them. You can see how much more Dong Hua loves Feng Jiu in the books, how much he is doing behind her back to save her/keep her save.
Feng Jiu's character is also quite different there, in the drama she behaves like a child growing up starting to fall in love doing stupid things without regarding anyone (her family and Qing Qiu's reputation) whereas in the book she already became the Queen of Qing Qiu and always thinks about its reputation. She's acting more grown up but doesn't loose her innocent and cute side.
Dong Hua only finds out how much she has done for him during her time in Taisheng Palace where she was in disguise of a normal 1 tailed red fox (instead of her 9 tails which she exchanged to gain more power to save Dong Hua). The only one who knows about her being the fox was Si Ming
And Dong Hua has always doted on the small fox.
I don't want to write a whole summary of the books here though XD
