If such a mission happens, there's always benefits! In the 2nd Mission the winning team will get 100K points as a benefit. Then the trainee who gets the most votes on the team will get another 150K benefit points :-)

Honestly most of the rumours that are going around are groundless and forced, you shouldn't believe these kind of things too easily. He wasn't part of the racist/abuse rumours but childish people from his old discord server. They decided to associate him with it and blame him for it.
