i agree big unfortunately. it‘s hard to really enjoy the show when some of the interactions don’t feel authentic at all. i‘m not trying to criticise them for being reserved or rather passive, but it does feel a bit sad, both for them and for the the overall group dynamic. it’s like some of them don‘t really seem ready for romance yet, where as the other tries and doesn’t get the energy returned. i don‘t get the feeling that everyone is willing to step out of their comfort zone and actually flirt

i tried not to think about the unfortunate circumstances that were out of the production team’s control and just enjoy this season, but even then i have to say i’m quite disappointed with how things are getting handled. watching it feels a bit awkward and lacks genuineness. it started going downhill after episode 3 and at this point i’d even say it might be worse than season 3 which is crazy. the idea of splitting everyone into three separate houses isn’t helping either, because dating shows work best when everyone lives together. bringing back pretty much all of the same people again without changing things up just doesn’t work and the production team should’ve thought it through more. the interactions feel quite awkward and disengaged too, like they’re not trying at all compared to other seasons, maybe because they’ve already been through this once?
