The issue is not the brother but the father, he works at the university that Se Heon wants to go. He isnt a strict dad, he is not even a good dad (He left his wife and then had an affair with Tae Joon. ) Se Heon finds out about the affair that might be one of the reasons that lead Tae Joon to unalive himself. Tae Yi finds out too, a bit of drama, but at the end, they leave the past behind and everybody go to Tae Yi's uncle's house. It is a great end, no drama, no open story. There are some side stories afterwards, super cute. (I recommend bato. to , it is complete and the interface is great)

I think Dead Best Friend is giving NC but also a plot with mystery but also showing bullying and the difference between social classes. But yeah, I will think of the series as sth experimental.
