Do you really want to watch them. You could feel dissapointed even before starting. This is not a drama for battle…
Can’t agree more! The romance scenes were top notch - detailed, intricate, felt, progressive. The battle scenes were just used to showcase the leads (no complaints, very effective). To focus on the battles would feel anticlimactic. It always seemed like the army was so tiny and the show was missing a main/grand war, rather a bunch of side battles.
Why the maid? And consort Qi being there behind the curtain? Cause I thought late Emperor wanted to frame a false…
Thanks appreciate your input! The maid just didn't make sense with the whole made-up scenario but you're right maybe that part just didn't go according to his plan.
Question! What's the deal with uncle Wei's drunken night at the autumn fest?
Why the maid? And consort Qi being there behind the curtain? Cause I thought late Emperor wanted to frame a false pregnancy b/w consort Qi and uncle Wei for that night..so what's with the maid??
Story: interesting. Episodes: intriguing. Finale: Maybe just me but I couldn’t feel Mijeong “falling” in love. If instead of repeating scenes, they showed more interactions however small b/w the 2, like even counting the groceries was cute, it could’ve been more heart felt. That’s all.
I want to watch this as I recently watched ‘Love Your Enemy’ which is also first loves meeting again later in life, BUT based on the recom, hmmm I feel like one of them will die????????
1. No triangle. Girl we can’t even make a line
2. We want to know too
3. Nothing to break
4. This is still on going
