Master Lee did say BY soul was there but to revive the body they had to rid of BY soul so only Naksu’s remain now (or so he tells Jin mommy for now). The way I understood it, she’s still a soul shifter due to the fact that soul and body are of different origin - Naksu’s soul BY’s body. The body just took Naksu’s appearance but is still BY’s body, which is why I wonder why blue mark disappeared.

Mudoek was controlled by Jinmu to run wild so she stabbed Uk. He died but came back alive from the flames bc of the ice stone in him. Mudeok got petrified, fell in the lake, retrieved by Jin ladies.

Hmm idk. I understand your explanation and thanks for elaborating - but what you're saying is more as to why she is not running wild. Like you said S1 Naksu didn't run wild bc it's Buyeon's body, and really S2 Naksu is still in Buyeon's body so there is no question why she would run wild. My question was only why there is no blue mark. Nothing to do with running wild, you shift souls you're marked. Maybe i'll have to wait more episodes for this, but thanks for answering

Thus Jin mommy is keeping her for Buyeon's blood/genes, and also why she can open the wall of Jinyowon. Therefore she is a soul shifter - different soul and body. I was under the impression that as long as you have shifted you get a blue mark

They don't take spouse's last names (I think in Korea they just don't anyway). In S1 both Dangu and Janguk were expected to reside in Jinyowon. This time, Jin mommy still expects the same (thus Seo uncle) but Janguk is just too badass for that sht haha!
