Ok I finished it in one sitting lmao! You’re right starting episode 13 to just before the last 2 mins, if I didn’t know already, I’d be so convinced they’d pull a Love Alarm. Very unfortunate but I still liked the drama. Now that I understand how it went astray, I’m able to see pass the sudden shift and picture the original intent. It’s there, just overshadowed and almost shrugged off. I feel bad for the webtoon writer, such a masterpiece.

ML was scattering red flags everywhere but the drama was not to justify that, rather to show his process of realizing something was wrong. It’s a shame it only really happened last minute and the aftermath was not even shown so it was 16 episodes of sociopath for him. Nonetheless the complex antihero kept me intrigued.

Re-watched this since it keeps popping up nowadays. I still like it. Maybe even more than when I first watched it since I understand now where & how it went astray in the background, I can see pass that & focus on the main intent.

Ngl i was oblivious to all the controversies back when I watched CITT. Idk if I’m the weird one but although I recall not liking the ending, I still really liked PHJ in it - maybe bc I saw him in “Bad Guys” first as a psycho killer haha! Yoojung was a breeze. I went to CITT page and viola first comment was that she hated the ML character so much it made her hate the actor that she’s going to avoid all his shows. I.can.not.believe.it.
