Only the breakout areas were quarantined. The outside world wasn’t a zombie apocalypse, only within the apartment complex was. Outside went through marshal law while han tae seok’s team picked out the infected and brought them to the dorm/freezer.

As for the ending a lot of details were left out, but yes Hyun got shot but he was infected so voila he’s fine. Bldg rep ajumma and doctor went to trial, everyone else is assumed cured over the 1 yr time jump while govt was creating vax from people who developed antibodies (i.e writer’s brother).

The fact that I got so annoyed to the very last inch of my body means the show & actors did very well. And again this is the most romantic non-romantic kdrama!!! Loved the leads chemistry! I’m not a critique I rate based on my personal experience so this becomes now my fourth 10.0 kdrama. Cheers!

They must’ve successfully contained the disease in those quarantined areas. It doesn’t really spread unless bitten/scratched or if one takes the pill.

What an episode!!! That elevator scene was priceless. Since I’ve been scavenging for crumbs of romance, i finally found Happiness in this episode but still so bittersweet!! Now I just need that kiss and happy ending tomorrow on my way to a 10.0!
