Why did Tony behead a child? This seemed rather pointless, out of character and just like an unnecessary addition…
I guess in terms of the plot, that was the easiest way to get evidence of something he did? I don't think there's any other explanation

Absolutely agree with you! Mostly the last episodes were unsatisfying for me. Everything was happening and nothing…
About everything and nothing happening at the same time, I had this exact thought especially from episode 7 and onwards tbh

I also agree... in my opinion they took to much time for not important things. The whole Tony Story was too long.…
It could be interesting if they adjusted some things, but idk if that would be possible, so I'm a little sceptical about it.

Yeah, I would've appreciated to see more about Kenta and Winner as well! They skipped so much between the auction and the very last scenes...

This will be a longer comment, so bear with me. I would like to preface it with this: in my opinion this series had a lot of potential - mostly wasted. I have several things to talk about.

First of all, the racing aspect. Listen, I'm no expert on this matter, but it could've been any type of other job/occupation because it didn't really add anything to the main storyline. And why I believe that being part of a racing team like that would take up a lot more work and time than they showed us. I was unfortunately bothered by most of the details.

Also, I wasn't quite able to understand everything without reading comments/watching tiktoks from those who read the novel. I'm of the opinion that every adapted series should be a separate work on its own, since not everyone wants to/is able to read the novel. They could've done a better job explaining, I didn't piece things together very easily.

Furthermore, the background/context of the whole storyline is ambiguous to me. I can't wrap my head around certain events, the main ones being these: Why did Tony decide to go after Babe, when seemingly several years had passed by without him even caring that Babe started living a "normal" life? How come some of Tony's "children" such as Jeff and Charlie or Kenta and Pete know each other, but others don't?

I would also like to add that the plot twists were quite dull, I feel like we all knew what was gonna happen - maybe except Way's death? I don't need dramatic surprises, but it could've been executed better - the viewers don't need to foresee everything.

Lastly, I cannot avoid talking about the ending. I was quite invested to see this last episode to solve all the problems and while it did justice through specific events, it certainly didn't in others. For instance, Charlie's return because Babe was the only character to be surprised. Why weren't the others shocked to see him again? Imagine seeing someone you thought was dead again. Moveover, I don't think the focused enough on other details either - let me mention Kenta. What even happened to him? We didn't see him after the scene with Tony. Also, there weren't any implications of how Babe found out about his father being still alive. I really wanted to see Charlie and Jeff telling the story - since it wasn't fully clear to me either. Another ick I got was from the fact how they just moved on from everything. It seemed to be their main focus to hunt down Tony, now that it happened, they just fo back to life? They deserve it, but what happens to all those kids? Dang, they should've given it more time to resolve.

To end on a more positive note, I did enjoy the acting and the basics of the storyline - it was kinda unique.

I don't know what you all think about these, so kindly let me know because I'm curious! Thanks for reading this, hope you have a nice day!
