have you watched the trailer for ep 27? I haven't read the novel but the trailer pretty much explained it. I don't think that's gold. but ofcourse it's not just blood, there's some kind of spell with it. If you watched carefully the trailer you have seen the Feng Yue is drawing blood in Situ's body and monologuing about saving Mingyi and the next scene is him giving rather "forcing" Mingyi to drink it but she looks sus about it

Of course you wouldn't thought of anything when the moment came that someone is stealing something important to you. I understand MY and where she is coming from. I don't blame her. But putting the blame for JBZ's normal reaction of a person who is hurt by someone he deeply love and trust is really not it. Again, he was hurt. What could be a normal reaction if you know someone you trusted lied to you? If he accepted it right away and immediately think of her and her helping him to achieve the goal is not what a normal person can do. And even MY understand JBZ and his reaction because she did something bad and triggering his past traumas. Both of them are complex characters. both of them need a character development but blaming one person for something normal is really insane imo

because if you were on JBZ's shoes you would understand where he is coming from. all his life people want something from him and villain just want to get the GMD. He wasn't angry, he was hurt because he trusted MY that she won't do anything to betray this trust. He is ready to accept fully MY without knowing what her past is and yet he found out the MY is really after the GMD. Who wouldn't reacted that way? 27 is right that JBZ will help her if she just said it instead of stealing it. And I don't think situ's love is unconditional. He always gave meaning to MY's kindness.. He thought kindness and love are synonymous
