Thank you so much for explaining this and highlighting that there are no intimate scenes. I actually intended to watch this because I am a fan of both ML and FL so it was always on my PTW before it aired. They both have performed in multiple shows I've watched outstandingly, especially FL who, despite being a support role, really left an indelible impression to me. I actually only went to find out FL age today (as I wanted to see what other shows she acted in, which led to me noticing that she was a minor when filming this). It didn't sit well with me because of the potential emotional/psychological impact of portraying romance with a much older counterpart. However, I am really grateful (and relieved) that you explained the romance factor is the pure kind and I agree that having a young girl for the role of the similar age is nice, since many a time we see really amazing actresses who are at least a decade older try to pull of the young girl roles - they do a great job but it won't carry the same "young innocence" kind of vibe.

Thank you for explaining. I did not use the right terms and it was never my intention to defame. I appreciate that you share this knowledge but your last sentence is rude and uncalled for. I was asking a question, not indicating that what I stated is a fact. Nonetheless, point taken and my intention was to express that she was just past 16~17 when this was filmed, and the vast age gap.
Pedo 😅, do you even watch the drama before talking nonsense? Get a life or go out breathe some fresh air, it…
Lol the way you comment shows who is the one with the brain or any proper manners for that matter. At least other people bothered to explain in facts, rather than just pass some hateful unconstructive comment.

It seems like I have used the wrong, rather my intention is to note on the vast age gap, and the fact that her age just past 16~17 when filming this made me uncomfortable. I don't deny that she is an amazing actress, it's just that the age appropriateness for the casting didn't sit well with me. I think people here who just want to bash should get a life instead. We are open to share our opinion and I asked as a question, smh. seriously. https://www.reddit.com/r/cdramasfans/comments/1mrqlx6/age_gap_in_the_key_to_the_phoenix_heart_as_a/ I am not the only one who has such concerns. I am just airing it here. Had I know this community is so toxic. I would really save myself the trouble. Will keep my comments to myself from now on -,-" Such immature people.

Song Yi is really pretty but her acting needs improvement.. Why does she always say her parts in few words at a time monotonously? In Shadow Love, it was a torture to watch her act. If not for the interesting storyline and Ryan Cheng, I'd probably not watch it anymore. Just try listening to the audio dialogue from her parts. It's embarrassingly terrible almost as if she is reading from a script. I don't understand how she can be casted as a main - for her looks?

After watching Lost You Forever, I am now a new fan! He's such an amazing actor with great looks! He played the roles so perfectly that even without any dialogue, I could feel what he wants to say.
