Saw this clip on wb which im not sure is reading too much into Filter. But there are some parts i agree.
It says that QST represents XL as he is also a fictional character from a book. His name in the comic HanHou also means "cold". Through LinYuan, TongHua tells XL, one of her favourite characters, that "mummy will take care of you". 😅🤣 (right.. well done)
And the last part being the stage performance where QST hugs LY, their costume colours mirror those in the imaginary portrait of XL and XY. But I doubt thats the intent here.
