For those who have completed the novel, which is better? Novel or drama? I have not read it but from the bits here and there, it seems i will prefer the novel.

Yes, XY was all ready with her bow to assassinate her uncle if grandpa passed the throne to him. If she succeeded, she would also have been a murderer. But we are fine with her intent because this story was written from her point of view. She also used herself as bait to TSH for the sake of TSJ, a married man. FFYY unfortunately gets labelled as the bad one because she is in the way of YaoJing relationship. XL, CX and Chi Chen are mass murderers. XL offered to kill FFYY and her child twice. 🤣 pretty sure same with nice grandpa and haoling daddy (this one did worse but i wont spoil it) The characters here are not black and white.
