For me, how long i hold on to anger really depends on how accountable i hold the other party. If it is a 5 year old, i probably wont even get angry at all. But if it was an adult, i do expect some accountability, regardless of how unintentional. So it all stems from expectation of the other party.

I dont find her toxic but i didnt like the guilt and anguish she unintentionally inflicted. I think it was too naive of her to use death to end her personas and get rid of TQ. TQ probably deserved the first 2. 😅🤣🤣 but she should have stopped before the 3rd. Even her sister warned her about going overboard.
She didnt know the severity of what she did to TQ (unlike us who saw from his perspective) and in many ways, she and LY are very similar. Afterall they both "share the same brain cell" and came up with those crazy plots, just like how LY would draw her manga. I see her as a sheltered girl with a happy family, not realising what Death really means. TQ probably understood how unaware she was and was able forgive her.

But i thought the story moved too fast with the forgiving. He was in such pain and agony (tjc was able to convey so well) and it just seem too abrupt to me for these feelings to suddenly disappear. Did he really feel he deserved it all??

The silent treatment is not just a way to get back at SCC but rather to logically bring his mental state back to normal. I would think he needed more time and her to reflect on herself.

But who am i to question the logic of such a crazy drama.

Oh yes i love tjc and hes my favourite actor. I saw him in LMLMV but i had to drop it halfway because it just wasnt my thing. I even finished GE but sorry LMLMV...

I think ZLH looks amazing but that show is something i can't bring myself to start. 😂

I think comedy in c ent has yet to reach the level of maturity of other genres such as xianxia. I hardly find c comedies funny. Much of the humour is not very sophisticated and relies on common jokes or slapstick elements. As a result, it fails to attract many viewers.
Filter on the other hand, even with slapstick humour in the early episodes, is way ahead of the rest! They throw in unexpected jokes even in heavily emotional scenes. Examples being TQ attempting to lick the blood stain and then discussing statistics. Totally threw me off.
