The drama has an interesting premise but I think the reason it's getting low ratings is its subtle, melodrama vibe. While there are people who find this good, the majority are into more upbeat and suspense-driven story-telling, which can be seen in the other kdramas that are currently airing. The cinematography and acting in this show are high quality, but the pace and mood just do not appeal to the bigger crowd. This is the kind of drama you'd like to see through the end, just not bad enough to watch it while it's on-going. Many people would rather watch other currently airing shows and just start Tomorrow With You when the episodes are complete. Besides, with the kind of plot that they have, 16 episodes seem a bit long. This would've been a good premise for a 90-minute full-length film instead.
