don't trust the rating here. This show is good

because people wanna watch romcom fantasy like Goblin and My Demon. When there is something different that is not romcom they rate it low and they say to everyone to do not watch it.

If you know the end you won't feel deep emotion through the drama. The first time watching is the most important

It's a sad ending because it shows that every single moment is unique and never will come back. Good memories and good friends were in the past. The memories of the first and last great summer of your life with all friends together will never be repeated. The first and great love ended and what remained were the most striking and happy memories of youth that will never return. This is very sad in the end.
And the last episode was a masterpiece very well-made. Episodes 14, 15, and 16 were really awesome showing how life is...... an incredible kdrama from beginning to end

It's because people didn't pay attention watching the first episodes and they waited for a happy ending. In episodes 3 and 4 you know that it'll be a sad ending when Kim Min Chae looks at Na Hee-do's photo album and says that doesn't know who is Baek Yi-jin and when in 2021 Na Hee-do's mother asks Na Hee-do if she knows how Baek Yi-jin is nowadays and she says NO. Clearly, they haven't seen each other for years and Kim Min Chae isn't Baek Yi-jin's daughter
