I wish they’d share something new. I really miss this drama. If we get something new—like a trailer or a poster—it would ease our longing a little. It’s been ages since we got any fresh content.

I just hope they’re not waiting for 500K or even 1 million reservations to release the trailer. After all, this drama doesn’t have a cast of popular actors, so expecting a big surge in reservations wouldn’t be fair. Dramas with famous actors hit 1 million reservations in just a few months and get their trailers right away, which only boosts their popularity even more. But dramas with lesser-known actors gather reservations slowly, and sometimes don’t get a trailer until the drama actually airs. That’s just not fair. iQIYI should take this kind of class divide between actors into account.

By the way, August 26th is Zheng Ye Cheng’s birthday. Maybe we’ll get a Yun Ya poster to mark the occasion.

From what I’ve seen so far, most people who watch C-dramas are here because they’re into romance. If they don’t get what they’re expecting, they give low ratings. But if this detective-style drama had been made in Korea, I’m sure The Wanted Detective would’ve already become popular.
