I'm lucky in this regard. I heard the same voice in two of Ao Rui Peng's popular dramas. His voice is very masculine and really suits ARP's look.

He has done voice acting for many popular costume dramas. I guess they work for the agencies of the dramas' production companies.

After learning that Ao Rui Peng didn't use his own voice in MM and that a voice actor was used instead, I found out that actors in the C-drama industry sometimes don't do their own dubbing. I really wish they used their own voices, though; it would feel much more realistic. Also, hearing the same voice for different actors in multiple dramas is very strange and off-putting.

I haven't heard his voice before, so I can't say anything about it. However, the reason they use voice actors is sometimes to cut the budget, because they have to pay actors extra fees for dubbing. Other times, they do it just to make things easier. Reassembling the actors and having them do the dubbing all at the same time can be quite difficult.

This is unbearable for me. I first heard Fu Jiu's voice actor in Moonlight Mystique as Fan Yue. I grew so attached to that character that I don't want to hear this voice in any other drama. Now, learning in the third episode that it's the same voice actor for Fu Jiu made me sad 😔. I know this voice isn't exclusive to that character, but I still feel this way because it left such a strong impression on me.

The last thing I heard was that it would be released during the summer break. This delay is so discouraging. But I hope it drops out of nowhere one day and makes us all incredibly happy.

Ao Ruipeng in a Republican-era outfit is pure perfection. I'm so excited to watch his chemistry with Ju Jingyi. Word on the street is that they'll be playing brother and sister, which honestly will make it so much more intriguing.
