A Hilariously Cursed Cinderella Rom-Com
Why it’s a blastQuick, quirky, and bingeable — Only 10 episodes (~43–45 min each), so it’s over before you know it.
Goofy satire meets over-the-top rom-com — Visual gags, comedic narration, and CGI parodies keep it goofy but grounded.
The leads have awesome chemistry — Pyo Ye-jin is a delight here, and seeing Lee Jun-young go light-hearted instead of villain—yes, please!
Fills the soul with feel-good energy — Fans called it their "perfect palate cleanser," full of laughs, bickering, and surprisingly sweet moments.
Even emotional beats land hard — Towards the end, it balances the silliness with real, moving character backstories—fans got emotional.
breezy, hilarious, and heartfelt—and don’t mind a little silliness—this is your rom-com fix. It’s like a fairy-tale reboot with a sense of humor and a big dose of self-love.

A Love Story Across Lifetimes (With a Side of Revenge)
What works really wellThe acting – Kim Young-dae kills it playing both the cocky celebrity and the cold, vengeful spirit. Pyo Ye-jin brings just the right balance of strength and vulnerability.
The historical vibes – The Silla-era flashbacks are beautiful, with gorgeous costumes and cinematography.
Emotional depth – There’s plenty of heavy romance, themes of forgiveness, and some heartbreaking moments.
If you’re into reincarnation romance with a touch of historical drama and revenge, you’ll probably enjoy it — just be ready for a slower back half and a bit of angst overload.
If you like Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo or Chicago Typewriter, this might scratch the same itch… but maybe not quite as deeply.
I really wish a spin off from the past life!
