I agree if you can prove there wasn’t consent, u can annul the marriage, like if you had too much to drink or your life was threatened or something but because ur in love? Then every marriage would be non consensual.
This case is not a case of abuse though. She knew she had keloid problems, she admitted it that since she was a kid, she was particularly careful because of that but she still consented to the rough sex with him. So she did it cos she dint want to lose him, but that was her choice no? She even admitted she was one of those girls, that after the breakup was literally stalking him, calling non stop and causing a scene. She just can’t deal with the heartbreak but you can’t withdraw consent now that the relationship is over. Where is the line drawn then? What about regular sex? Would it be sexual assault then? I am enjoying this as an easy, chill drama. I dun deny i prefer beyond the bar, thats more my kind of show but this is an easy, stress free watch when im in the mood for slice of life. Nothing really goes on, just the mundane life of regular people like us. Only gripe is FL is really unprofessional as a lawyer and probably should just continue with her music instead
