as an advance: im not comparing the show with anything, i felt the whole time that the MLs side of the plot was infinitely more interesting than the FLs, and in fact, it would have been better if she were just someone who happened to be involved in things that go on in the news, or maybe even a weathercaster or something, just so that shes in the area, and not that she has to constantly find a way to involve herself with the ML
i think the premise of a newscaster that cant lie is really interesting, and they totally fumbled by having him lose out on that and becoming just some dude in only like the 4th episode.
totally boring, and absolutely not an interesting love triangle or anything. first couple episodes are fun tho, but after that the editing loses all its charm and the focus shifts to some stupid dating show... like... this guys a newscaster why cant he just act like he knows everything thats happening behind the scenes, bc he knows theres no stakes?? why did he just completely lose his personality...? thats the point of the story?? arrogant dude who cant stop telling the truth gets humbled by it?? bring back the arrogance, he literally has no reason to be normal yet?

the FL is abusive, im on episode 3 and i can barely stand it, i can actually feel my blood burning with rage at this ignorant, arrogant, self-centered bitch.

what did she do? she: released press about her NEW boss based on rumors she heard from various sources INCREDIBLY briefly, constant physical assault, snuck into his "office"(SEEMED MORE LIKE HIS HOME) on multiple occasions, constant invasion of privacy (TRYING TO BREAK INTO HIS DESK AND LOCKED DRAWERS AND CABINETS), constant harassment, constant verbal abuse, followed him INTO THE MENS RESTROOM, did i mention? CONSTANT INVASION OF PRIVACY, and she doesn't just do it to the ML, she does it to EVERYONE ELSE, THE ML IS THE ONLY ONE WHO REACTS REASONABLY (besides that old actor who slapped the fuck out of her, that was soooo satisfying).
I can already tell that the 2ndML is gonna be the "ceo", seeing as he is also mistreating the ML a bit already, constant self attachment to the FL, and whatever, and im so fucking disappointed. hes supposed to be the ML's ONLY confidant, and hes going to what, abandon him for a bitch? BROS BEFORE HOES. ohhhhh and dont get me STARTED on the secretary. jk shes not that bad, but after his explanation of his actions she should be at least a little understanding of him.
