BOC already clarified that, they got permission from Fuaiz's parents, and all the actors including Fuaiz about how far they can act in the intimacy scenes, if anyone feel uncomfortable doing certain scenes, the actors can refuse to act, and the crew changes those scenes to lesser intimacy.

I have seen few people not liking that date between Tyme and Great. But for me, it's a perfect date to show how Great's childhood was, and how he grow up alone, without the guidance from his parents. He doesn't even know that claw machine needs a coin to operate and how excited he was when they got the first plushie out. Not to mention his age is 21 in the series.
