Like yeah as a gay person I just need another show that doesn't really have any angst and that shit like I'm tired it just gives another narrative that queer media should involve angst in every show/movie. I do like angst though but not every time it gets tiring to see gay characters suffer.

Japanese BLs are just top tier for me my favorite BLs came from Japan (Life Senjou No Bokura, Kieta Hatsukoi, Cherry Magic, Utsukushii Kare, Zettai BL, and now Mr. Unlucky). There's just something about Japanese BLs that makes me happy.

After finishing Heartstopper, I need another show to boost my happiness and this show does that. With a simple yet endearing plot mixed with a goofball and likable protagonist like Kota then you have an enjoyable show. Naoya is so unrealistic, why you may ask? CAUSE HE'S TOO PERFECT, HOT, UNDERSTANDING AND KIND. He's like Nick Nelson if Nick Nelson was Japanese.

i don't want to. i said if i watched drama then i stopped it in the midway half (like maybe 8 episodes in or 6) then i will put it on hold.

I've only watched 2 episodes that's why I put it on my PTW. On Hold is for me when you stopped a drama in the halfway point.

Just wait for a couple of episodes. The two episodes that they released are questionable and boring so far. Put it on Plan To Watch cause that's what I did.

Ok imma put this on Plan to watch after watching Ep. 2 cause there's nothing interesting so far. Imma just wait for more episodes to watch this because I still want to support my queen Lee Sung Kyung. Reminders to the people that aren't living in any countries in the African continent do not speak on the issue, and just watch the series and let African people be upset, because they do have the right to be upset.

Heartstopper. It's a great LGBTQ+ series and it's only 8 episode with 20+ min runtime so you can finish it early.

Kinda disappointed, I was so excited that finally an actual gay actor got casted in a BL role (HOLLAND) but the first ep is not that good.

If you do not know who Holland is? Search him up. He is one of the most influential LGBTQ+ figures in South Korea for me at least cause he really helped to be more confident with my sexuality.

Agree, the fact that he got bullied and got rejected by different companies broke my heart. I am happy he is getting projects.

Holland is one of my inspirations in terms of how he presents himself. Holland is a South Korean singer and he is openly gay. Tons of agencies denied working with him because of his sexuality which really exposed how SK is still homophobic. But then, Holland made a name for himself with music and garnered him a fanbase (and I'm one of them). Holland is now venturing into acting, cause he also wanted to do acting. I am also quite happy that they actually casted an ACTUAL GAY MAN in a BL which seems to be lacking.
