i haven’t seen any of this is it a sequel or season 2?

every so often i come here and think about what this show could’ve been if writing wasn’t terrible, it has such a nice aesthetic that makes me so nostalgic for the mid 2010s despite living on the other side of the world

as someone who only watched season 1, it is terrible, i don’t see why people say ‘season 1 was good but season 2 ruined it’ did we watch the same show? i get that the cast is hot but that doesn’t make it good, season 1 is a solid 3/10

idk what you mean by ‘something else’, the only redeeming quality this drama has is LJY’s acting, and as a huge fan of him, that wasn’t enough to get me to complete this horrendous drama. 6.8 to me means decent, if i rate it objectively and don’t include enjoyment like i do in my ratings, but i didn’t enjoy this and it’s objectively terrible, it really doesn’t deserve more than a 3 or 4 but as we know MDL overrates everything

lee jae wook’s performance here is lacking honestly, lee junyoung carried the show in terms of acting, idk how much you’ve watched yet but after episode 2 it stops being bearable lol

yes, she didn’t get a proper ending and was just replaced and at first i was confused and thought it was just poor writing but then i looked into it and found out about her DUI case which explained it

I cant imagine an ending that I am satisfied with tbh, and I’ve never watched a drama where I’ve felt like this and they managed to pull off a great ending that I was satisfied with so my hopes aren’t too high

I enjoyed the movie and I think if they had actually landed the ending then it would have positive comments and positive reviews, it’s just that while i (and clearly many others) thought the first 2 hours were really great, the ending was absolutely terrible

completely agree i thought this would be better judging by the reviews and ratings, idk how far you got into it but I got onto episode 8 and it doesn’t improve

Thank god the ratings went up last I checked this had 8.2, I hope it gets to at least 8.7
