You are right about the unrealistic strength part I should’ve worded that better, but Ryeoun does not look like he could take on people who are bigger and heavier then him, AND have training unlike him, Ben Park was incredibly muscular, not strongman muscular but far above average and he probably is at least 90kg+ while Ryeoun looks barely 70

that’s completely different, finding a korean actor who doesn’t look like a perfect pretty boy kpop idol and can act isn’t hard, but finding one who is 5’2 and malnourished definitely is. the casting directors opinion isn’t relevant here and if it was i wouldn’t have criticised the casting choice in the first place.. i am not criticising the fact that ryeoun doesn’t look like ben park, but the fact that he doesn’t resemble him in the slightest and his body doesn’t even fit the qualifications for what someone who has the strength of a gorilla

also idk if you read the manhwa or not but i don’t really think this counts as a spoiler, both villains (lee junyoungs character and bae nara’s character) come from different schools (ganghak and yeoil) so it could be one of the uniforms for those schools lol

If you’re talking about the fact that Jihoon isn’t slightly over 5’2 and weights 30kg then do you really think it would be possible to get an actor who is that good and is built like that 😂He is still small and looks like a pretty boy and gives similar vibes to the webtoon character, Ryeoun on the other hand doesn’t in anything. He is a pretty boy with a lean physique that doesn’t even match the character in the slightest, which is why I assume they’ll just change his character. And yes having muscle matters in terms of power when you can take on 20 people without any fighting skills lmao, I never said it equates to it so I don’t know where you got that from.
