I doubt Bum-seok will ever show up again but I’d say Su-ho has a chance, since he is a fan favourite character and is very different to his manhwa counterpart

Yes, Ben is very similar to Soo-ho. In the manhwa Soo-ho is very different to the show so it seems to me that his character was directly inspired by Ben. Both are insanely strong, dont bully people, and have similar personalities, and yes he will be Si Eun’s best friend. Wolf is a villain lol. Idk if you’ve watched Brave Citizen, but the characters will be very similar. He is a psychopath who enjoys beating people up and gets joy out of it

well yeah it wasn’t in the lineup but i still don’t think that’s definitive proof, as BH entertainment recently stated that all of us are dead season 2 could come out this year despite it also not being on the lineup

just because it ‘makes sense’ doesn’t mean that it is a credible source, there’s no confirmation on anything so no one but the people working on it can confirm when it releases

I can’t deny that but what I’m saying is I haven’t seen any specific date or tough time that it is said to come out. For all I know it could come out in 2030 but it seems to me like people are making up release dates and others are falling for it

Fancast for non confirmed characters (again, I have been updating this fancast for nearly a year lol)

Gerard Jin - Lee Chae-min or Moon Sang-min (fits every requirement and also CCIR reunion for LCM and LMJ)

Kingsley Kwan - Lee Ha-min (a new actor, I don't think this is a very challenging role and that's why I chose someone who might have some connections to director Han Jun-hee as two of the three shows containing WH/DP actors, fits requirements and overall I believe can play the role well)

Teddy Jin - mesh him with Colton or get Park Jibin (who we all thought would play Donald at first) to play him, I cannot find a better fit for Teddy considering Jibin plays the small intimidating character well

Rowan Im - a lot of his characters traits likely won't be possible so I don't really see why having him in the show is necessary, but an actor that could play him is Ryu Ui-hyun (who was also in Adult Trainee with Ryeoun, Ben Park's actor and A-Teen with the actor for Seok-dae from WHC1)

Jake Ji - either Lomon or Park Jung-woo (I think they can pull it off well, but I don’t want him to show up in class 2)

Phillip Kim - Jin Ho-eun (has played this sort of character before, similar to Lee Jun-young and just needs to do it again)

Myles Joo - mesh him with Seok-dae from season 1 and somehow link him to Manwol, if not I don't have an actor for him yet

Jimmy Bae - replaced with Kang Woo-young from season 1, alter the plot a little so that the altercation between him and Ben doesn’t happen (at the start of the season at least), I just don't want Cha Woo-min to not show up again, he had little screentime in season 1 and he played his role so well that I want him to be in later seasons, but if Jimmy Bae isn't replaced then I don't have a casting for him yet

Forrest Lee - Kim Jung-jin (after watching him in boyhood, another delinquent drama, he has the looks and is a pretty good underrated actor so I think he would fit into weak hero)

In terms of power scaling also, Soo-ho would be around the same level as Ben and Jake. It would then make sense that Seok-dae and Woo-young were weaker than him (we all know Soo-ho was def stronger than Woo-young, he just cheated).

I just wanted to say, at first I wasn’t a massive fan of Lee Jun-young as Wolf. I had only seen him in 2 roles (neither of which he played bullies) but after watching a lot more shows he’s in I gotta say he is perfect for the role. Even if I didn’t know he was playing Wolf I would’ve still gotten heavy Wolf vibes from him in Brave Citizen. He plays the pain enjoying psychopath character so well, and all he really has to do in this is play the same character with glasses and a slightly different hairstyle. Can’t think of a better actor for Wolf

writers could have easily found a way around that tho since the only problem is the blocking and despite that suho still found it out very soon anyway

People on the internet are saying this releases in 2025. Where is the source? I can’t find anything from the producers or directors stating this, I’ve only seen it from a random twitter k-drama news account that as far as I know isn’t 100% credible. Since they’re filming episode 4 or 5 right now, assuming the drama is 8-10 episodes, I don’t think it will take that long. If it ends up as 16 episodes I’d understand but there’s no information on that either.

Thought this was an actual full drama and watched the first two episodes thinking Ryeoun would show up. Tbh I’m not complaining though, Miyeon was in it at least
