this drama is easily top 3 of 2023, i didn't think 2023 would ever be able to compare to 2022 in terms of good dramas, but it's making its way up there now. until august there was a lot of mid dramas, but now shows like this and strong girl nam soon are redeeming this year and i cannot wait for what is to come in 2024
Just finished episode 3 and this show is brilliant. It reminds me of Gen V, another spin-off that is currently airing. Both shows don't rely on their predecessors, and stand on their own two feet. This show deserves to be rated much higher smh
As someone who hasn't watched the original, I love this. This is a perfect example of a funny, smart, and entertaining drama that uses dramatic irony incredibly well to make the audience want to continue watching. It's not the best, but so far one of my favourites from this year. I regret not starting it later though, because I cannot stand having to wait a week for a new episode ðŸ˜
This movie had a ton of problems but the cinematography didn't disappoint, it looked a little like a Wong Kar Wai movie and I loved it. Am I the only one who thought most of the fight sequences were not good? Too much cutting, completely ignoring the 180 rule making the audience incredibly confused while watching, iffy continuity within them, and so on. I keep seeing people say the fights were good, but to me they were not.
It's taking me years to finish this show, I like it, but I am extremely wheezy at like the sight of blood and stuff. So what I'll do is watch some of it and then when one of the operation scenes happen I generally get through it then turn the show off. I then stop watching it for about 5 months and eventually come back, only for the cycle to repeat. I started this in 2020. It is almost 2024, and I am only on episode 11 ðŸ˜
I have a question to manhwa readers - aren't you confused with Suho/Stephen's character? For me, Suho in the show…
they’ll likely change around some characters in season 2, for example teddy jin probably won’t be there as gray did the same thing to him in the manhwa as si eun did to that eyebrow bully in the show. i imagine characters that are important like big ben, gerald, alex, eugene and of course donald will be there though
Great acting, very well directed. Some important hard to swallow messages. I've never been as angry and disgusted…
one dimensional how? our main lead literally has so much development in the first 4 episodes, never would i have imagined he would smile at the guy he was trying to attack earlier on and he is no longer angry and/or spaced out when talking to people, him in episode 4 is incredibly different to what we see as soon as he is introduced , all because he learned to trust his friends and became happier, which would eventually turn into something different. and for consequences, did you miss the entire part where si eun threatened to expose the f*ntanyl usage and also threatened the school to expose the boxing video lol, yes he gets let off lightly for extreme things but it is all explained in the show as to why
I’m on episode 6 and find it quite entertaining, yes the ml is boring and dull but I was hoping he’d learn from his mistakes, and yes the fl has no self confidence but I was hoping she would attain it over the course of the show. Delighted I was to come here and see everybody sh*tting on it lmao
Agreed it's miles better than Move to Heaven and some high rated shows like Weak Hero I'm not sure about.. but…
I love slice of life and think Move to Heaven is good just not better than moving in any way, the flashback episodes in Moving can be compared to the ones in MTH so I don’t think it’s apples vs oranges
