thats just definitely what they want us to think; that the dr acts and looks way too much like joonhee so that has to be him right? but there be too many signs that the dr is really go yoo and that'll be the twist. with the glasses situation and in the 4th ep that he is "still scared of pigeons" -go yoo was shown to be the one scared to pigeons before not joonhee.
