seo joon and hyungsik are doing great imo! a lil too early too say about the others but i expect the next two eps to be more about the whole hwarang squad as i like to call them so we'll just have to wait and see :')

the comedy seems so my style i am eagerly waiting for the eng subs!!!

i've been so excited for this for so long but now that it is near it doesn't feel as exciting hahaha i remember making a poster for it when there was only an ugly blue one available :') how time flies. still very curious to see what they've created with this very fun and young cast who seems to get along very well, fingers crossed that all those chinese investments were worth it! there is a special episode from today but i don't know if i want to spoil things for myself that much......

the second episode definitely sealed the deal for me.....i am incredibly excited for how things will unfold in the upcoming episodes wooooo let's go!

GREAT ARTICLE!! The drama seriously only gets better with each episode so if you're not feeling the first episode please do give it a few more episodes to really let it show you its potential! Great cast with no weak links and a seriously unique and fun *frustrating* plot :)

Feelings are so much more confusing and complicated than dramas usually like to depict so this is such a breath of fresh air! But wow this really is unfolding in such a nice way...maybe the 24 eps weren't such a bad idea after all :)

BTS (방탄소년단) is where it all started for me. Still my favorite group out of all amazing groups out there <3 Such a versatile and talented bunch. Proud to call myself a fan. Thank you boys for introducing me to such great music which led to varieties and then some of my favorite dramas and movies.

The comedy in this is so hit or miss for me. Could not stop laughing when she choked him to stop him from talking though. Not sure where they're going with the love lines like it is all over the place and I'm so CONFUSED of who I like for whom...still definitely worth watching and a much needed break in-between all of these sagueks airing right now lol. So far, so good!

Kang Ha Neul, the things you make me feel. Ughhh can someone please let him get the lead role in a really good drama asap. What an amazing actor, so much DEPTH. Seems like such a sweetheart irl as well *cough* watch Youth Over Flowers in Iceland *cough*.

I thought this was pretty fun for being a first episode (they tend to be quite boring and make no sense which is understandable since they only have 1 hour to explain) and still giving insight to who, almost, all characters are and how they're related to each other. I love myself some underdog dramas so I am looking forward to how this one will play out. Fingers crossed for 'High Quality Trash' to humble up and stop being......TRASH quite frankly :) So far, so good!

Okay so I was quite disappointed after the two first eps and kind of gave up on it but I gave it another chance today and watched ep 3 and 4 and HOLY CRAP!! I AM IN!!!

We all know how dreamy Park Bo Gum is and he is the main reason why I started this but I am staying for Kim Yoo Jung. I knew she was someone to seriously look out for after her performance in 'Angry Mom' (go watch that one if you haven't already!!) but she managed to blow me away in this one. Great actress is all I've got to say. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!

Just re-watched this gem and realized that it needs to be on my favorites list pronto. Don't know if I will be able to find a couple with this much chemistry ever again. So happy Gong Yoo is finally making a comeback in dramaland!!!

Lmao I was expecting the most horrible acting ever based on some people's comments mainly in Korea and I do not get where all of the hate is coming from. Is she the most perfect fit for the role? Probably not. But I would not in a million years call her acting mediocre in this. I am just hoping that she gets more comfortable and confident in the coming episodes. I am not very familiar with her acting (other than TP) but I found the first episode quite pleasant to watch and her acting was not distracting at all.....if we're gonna talk about bad acting there a couple of princes who should be mentioned but I won't say anything just yet because I am hoping for an improvement since I understand how difficult acting for the first time must be and in a historical drama on top of that.

Is anyone else also really happy after watching the last episode??? Strangely I don't mind it ending so soon although if they had made it longer I would've watched 50 eps more of them just living their lives with it's ups and downs. I am trash for this drama. Seriously so in awe of the writer for creating these relatable and interesting characters. I felt for them during their struggles and was truly happy for them when they could move on from one issue to the next. I adored the realness of their rocky friendship yet the trust and love that remained through it all.

I am so happy people in Korea also enjoyed it and would love a second season (judging be the articles I've read) and also........9.0 RATING!!!! WOOOOHO!!
