I think that the plot is not the most original but could still be very interesting. Unfortunately, I find the characters very typical and generic so far, despite really liking the actors/actresses. The execution of the plot also seems very typical and stereotypical to historical dramas. I usually enjoy watching historical dramas, but this one seems like a very generic one so far. Ah the King is really annoying me so far- he has kept the crown prince in the dark about everything, even about what is happening in the country. I'm not the one to be hating on people but unfortunately, I agree with you. There are so many dramas I want to watch, but I get turned off when I see k pop idols starring for the main roles. I've nothing against them being in dramas, but I'd rather they would get more experience by playing suppourting characters and improve their acting that way. I really wish she'd get more suppourting roles to improve her acting, not main roles. I hate having to drop dramas because the main characters can't act ( not only K pop idols, actors too)

To me this drama fails as it tries to be a dark thriller when it comes to the kidnapping, torturing case, but also tries to be a comedy while using secondary characters as comic relief , and also tries to be a love triangle. I can understand that people like this drama, but it isn't for me. It is too dragged out and I don't really like the Strong Woman too. I had high expectations for this but it left me disappointed
