This is a spoiler. It's my interpretation about the teaser of the 2 special episodes.
I watched the raw one, I only know few Japanese words . I'm more basing them through their actions and scenes.
I apologize in advance of any mistakes in my interpretation.

It's after story of the two. Watarai and Hioki are in their 3rd years. Both are in separate class sections (not being classmates) and having secret relationship . Seems the two try to work things out about their relationship and try to find time to spend together as much as they can even though the two don't meet each other often (possibly due to different schedules and activities since they're in different class sections ) .

It's going to be 2 special episodes exclusively on FOD aired on December 28, 2025 and January 4, 2026. Not sure if they're going to be aired in other platforms.

Above is the spoiler of final episode (Episode 6,) I watched the raw one and only understand few Japanese words . I'm basing it more on their actions and the scenes on that episode. I apologize in advance for any mistakes on my interpretations.

Mobu and Hatano ended up together. Mobu agreed to Hatano to wait for him after 3 years and they even shook hands to seal the deal. Mobu thought he could escape the BL flag (and his deal or promise with Hatano) but the fudanshi mangaka with his evil laughter , making sure that he won't escape , also the scene focuses on the two characters that he drawn on his drawing tablet, holding hands like Mobu and Hatano (implying that the mangaka controlls Mobu and Hatano's story and their fates) .

After 3 years , in Christmas season , Hatano surprised Mobu while walking on the streets after his work . Then it goes to the next scene which is the apartment at morning time and then in the bathroom showing two toothbrushes in the same mug on the sink , The toothbrush heads are facing each other. Their voices heard in the background having a short conversation - Mobu telling Hatano that they'll be late if they don't hurry ( the two are living together and become lovers ) and then one of toothbrush heads leans on the other with a kiss sound on the background (implying Hatano kissed Mobu).
