This review was not helpful. And even less considering reviewer watched only 13 episodes.
I did get angry a lot. Mostly because I couldn't accept mindset of characters. But no wonder, I'm not a Korean and there's that drama thingie. You should not watch drama's in the first place if you can't handle emotional waves.
Reviewer missed that even Baek Ja Eun at the beginning could be considered "craziest bitch in town". The naive girl who is supposed to be smart and talented. Srsly? Her actions concerning farm and Hwang family finances were far from smart.
Each of character has their own problems, pretty much take wrong way to handle them which backfired later on. Be it Mr. and Mrs. Hwang, grandmother, Baek Ja Eun's stepmother, Hwang Tae Pil and whoever else was important in the story.
I wanted to point out, Hwang Tae Hee's mother's situation. Ignore what reviewer wrote. He's ranting without knowing sh*t.
With all the anger and "bullshit" I was fed it was still first long-run (not 16-20 episodes) TV show which I did not get sick of watching. Was "glued" to the screen until last 3 episodes (the story was pretty much done). And ended up giving 9/10.
