Okay so these are not my final thoughts since I haven't watched the last 2 eps yet, but so far up until episode…
if you see episode 10 - 11, you'll realise Cake already knew he had feeling for Eiw when he came back. The first time he sees Eiw on his return says it all. It might seem a little rushed since they did have a total of 14 episodes but they have expressed their feelings and concerns really well.

there's an amazing character growth throughout the series. You definitely wont be seeing the the weak cranky character by the end of the series. It's a must watch !!

Can't talk enough about this show. The little things that are portrayed so well. Cakes expression when he's looking at Eiw, happy for making friends or being confident in having a photoshoot but also getting jealous. The tiny awkwardness that they had in the beginning slowly melting into the comfortable equation that they always had. Eiw getting a reality check that Cake might be into only girls or having someone around and then Cake clarifying there's been noone. They're just so amazing together. A simple story shows so beautifully. Amazing work by SantaEarth !!
