I think he further has a softspot and feels bad or Li Lianhua because they were both similar. All they really cared about was fighting and growing stronger, before all these third parties used underhanded means to destroy them and gain power. We saw some of Di Feisheng's backstory, and he really had to fight and kill just to stay alive. Even if he learned some scheming and pretending from Li Lianhua, at his core he's one of those 'fight with your own power, and take your loss/win respectfully' type of people.

Bromance was originally meant to mean deep male friendship, or brotherhood. While sometimes it's just a cover and NOT the case (cough, closeted) forcibly getting rid of bromance shows or even sismance wouldn't be ideal for Chinese censorship either, because that would mean they'd have to push romance more, and there are already liulang fanwar issues there

Also idk... but lately whenever there is a bromance tag comment sections become flooded with 'is this BL?' and then disappointment leading to people not watching the show. Hm. I already understand and have caught up to all these clues. The BIGGEST issue I'm talking about is the part where they wrapped up finding his CORPSE after the Lotus Pond case - the one with the cursed dress and the dying brides. I'm not sure why people think I'm saying things like "this is inpossible" or "that doesn't make sense" I'm talking about how they LITERALLY showed his dead body in the coffin, and they reburied him after FDB paid respects. For Ten years he searched everywhere for the body but no Luck. then later it was confirmed that the Alliance people did not killed SGD" and the person before you said "This theory also ties in with how LXY wasn’t able to find his senior’s body after he ‘died’.". That's why I was skeptical because you guys didn't seem to he accounting for the fact that they DID find 'him'. Yes, the shownhas hammered in numerous cliesbthat there os something off aboit WHO exacrly caused Shan Gudao's death, but not necessarily skepticism that he hasn't died. We've seen Shan Gudao's dead BODY, and that the enemy who is cloaked has different physiology, with a slightly narower face(I base that on the way his mustache sits on his face and the inner curvature of his cheek, based on his cheek bones). My best bet would be that he took some poison or drug to change his appearance...but then why would he be cloaked? He may also still have the Shan Gudao appearance, and they did an actor switch to confuse viewers... Like I said, it'd be a cool twist, I just hope they address that plot hole and do it well! Heehee I'm excited. It's fun going back and speculating with you all though. Haven't had this much fun since my Joy of Life and Nirvana in Fire days

That wouldn't make sense...his facial physiology is nothing like Shan Gudan, and Gudan's corpse has been preseved by Shi Hun for years before the gang found it after the Lotus Pond Mystery, and then buried him. If the show takes that route they have a lot of explaining to do, and plot holes to account for. But hey, it would be an interesting twist

I also watched Move to Heaven (not Move to your Heaven)D.P/The Glory....I haven't seen or been interested of the other dramas you listed but great for you for not watching them I guess? I watch dramas based on the synopsis and actors experience lol. For me since around 2022 many Korean dramas are losing their 'Koreanness' and uniqueness in some way, which is why I said what I said. You tried so hard to make yourself look good, I'm not sure why...? You talked bad about those other popular dramas but based on your current watchlist you seem to just watch whatever is popular at the moment...so your point about 'picking' shows is interesting...
