Sounds good, I might check this out. Also, Jing Tian! And Timmy Xu from Ping Pong Life is here. I know JT will do well since it's a Republican-era drama. I hope Timmy acts well too.
Lol I'm on ep 3 and the FL has already brother the ML up.Really like Timmy's visual on here, he is extra handsome…
BRUH SPOILER THIS. Also yeah, Jing Tian is awesome. She was phenomenal in Rattan. I guess she has made up her mind to leave LLC American films and base herself in Chinese serials. I'm not complaining!
Ethan leaves us for 4 years to return with Cupid's Kitchen. Hmm. So far, as basic as it is, its not bad. And he hasn't decreased in screen presence either. I worry that maybe he is trying to invent himself...
Ah, the classic drama I've always heard about but never watched... I remember 2 years ago going on a Chinese review page and people were angry and coughing blood at the newer version 'Symphony's Romance'. Also, the clips and scenes from this show prove that the chemistry and the acting premise are there, as expected. I'm diving in!
I was excited to see this, I’ve liked anything I’ve seen him in. I checked his age and EIGHTEEN?!?! Wow, I…
Agreed. He's rising steadily and his projects were chosen well by him or his team, whoever manages him. I hope he continues to grow like this in the future.
I'm back after a month! I took a break from this drama because I burned myself out when it came to over-enthusiasm and was starting to lose interest. But now it's time to get in the groove and see how Xu Feng Nian's story ends!
"With the noble idiot trope being repeated almost every episode, I was going to take a leaf from the battered protagonists and cough up blood myself. " That's a good one! And a great reason for me not to put myself through this drama.
The last episode was one of the gems of this drama. Talk about a realistic ending. Not to mention the dialogue. It took me around 3 months to finish this drama, and it was a bumpy ride, but at least the ending wasn't disappointing. Still, there are many loose ends, one can only find peace in the source material,
NGL, Hai Yunfan's betrayal scene monologue was epic, even if it was an act. And he looks dashing in all black. The friendship between the 3 of them was a cornerstone of this series.
i think that could be part of the reason why ong seong wu rejected it. seems like he doesn't wanna be type casted,…
Yeah I wonder... They never seemed to be that popular. I wonder why suddenly there's such an influx. I feel like a fresher take would be focusing on forensic pathologists and how they react to/juggle their personal lives with the criminal cases and bodies they see. Or maybe even more on sexual assault cases etc, though these are heavy subjects. Come on OCN!
Hmmm...I used to think the same, but its not that he CAN'T act. It's that the well-known roles he's had before…
Seeing as you copy and pasted another comment from someone else, I'm sure you didn't even read my paragraph and most likely can't even break down what exactly 'good acting' is. I fell into your troll trap. Nice work.
