he might not be dead I think. for sure the director wasn't afraid to show dead bodies in this drama, especially…
ohh that's right, I didn't think of that :( it's just the obvious contrast for me, all those bloody killing scenes and then him, a not really bloody shot with a sense of guilt and not only pure violence :(
I must say the show went down the hill after ep 6, and ended up with too many loose ends and plot holes. Oh boy,…
he might not be dead I think. for sure the director wasn't afraid to show dead bodies in this drama, especially after those games, there was pretty much details put in presenting them (the blood, facial expressions etc), and we did not see anything from the police officer? just the water after he was drowning, but not even his arm or clothes or something
This drama is so addictive and I can't even tell why. I hesitated a while before watching since it's not my genre in general and I'm not into bloody and brutal scenes at all, but I just watched 6 episodes in a row after starting it😂
Anybody knows how the drama is going on in china??Are people criticizing Allen Ren??
A lot of people critizising the missing chemistry. Not because of not doing kissing scenes, but he clearly keeps some distance towards FL... but the drama in general is very popular, it's doing well there
Okay, but then how do you call a cheater? Given that it's just the way he is, he kissed a girl right before their first kiss and invited another girl to his house when Nabi was at her aunt (I'm not sure about the timing anymore, but I'm very sure that it happened), I accepted it. But then we found out he actually fell in love with her before.. or is that not even cheating to you because they weren't officially together all the time? He did all that and still always coming back to her, that's what I call toxic. Yes, he might not know his feelings back then, but I I'm sure he knew that those things he did would hurt Nabi, so how do you describe that?
Bai JingTing is such an underrated gem... Hope he'll get more main roles in great dramas, he really deserves to blow up like Yang Yang or Gong Jun 🥺
unpopular opinion: this is quite good tho? Nabi IS relatable. Yes, I wanted to punch Jaeeon's face about 37 times throughout this whole thing, but I do believe that sexual tension, temptation, curiosity and some kind of hard-to-decribe connection between 2 people can stand above rationality.
Also, this drama focusses more on those little traces of emotions rather than deep dialogues. The actors portrayed them perfectly: One person can make you feel uncomfortable amidst a group of friends. The can't take their eyes off each other. Heart fluttering when that person is around.
Yes, it lacked character development. But after all, you've been watching such a realistic drama, what do you expect in the end? Him being an a**hole for 9,5 Ep's straight and then suddenly turning to a better, perfect man? Nope, I mean, come on.
I always expected we'd get a proper explanation about Jaeeon, also about Seol-ah (his ex) in the end (as it is in every other drama), but we didn't, and guess what? It's realistic. We only see what people show us, we make the rest up in our minds. We saw and felt everything from Nabi's sight. That's something that's really stuck with me. We only know what people tell us, feel how they make us feel about them. I think this drama portrayed that perfectly.
i also heard that they'll start filming this year, but i didn't find any proof :(
i was wondering too. i think that if they'll be an official statement any time soon, they'll be explaining. FL's character got a lot of hate also in China, they might just focus on the cases and not that much on those scenes at ML's home this time

i found the original post on Weibo, but there isn't a confirmation from any official account.. but they said they'll start filming in October and without the FL this time, so let's just wait i guess..
The part where HYT speaking English, is it his real voice or dubbed by someone else?
i'm sure it's dubbed because 1. it's obviously a different voice, 2. the lip syncing is done poorly and 3. HYT never lived in an english speaking country, it's almost impossible to speak without accent as an chinese native speaker
I'm just so annoyed, either everyone is hating on cliché dramas, or once, there is a drama like this, jumping out of line, they're hating too. I really enjoyed it, hope more people would give it a try without being prejudiced by these comments :/
