Do I like seeing a bit of jealousy? Yes. For me it's been very obvious that DW has liked YY since before she confessed.…
YY is a bit clueless, even though we have the anesthesiologist's interest is obvious to us viewers, but it isn't to YY yet since she has only eyes for DW, and she'll be aware of it later on, which I suppose is after the elevator incident takes place but after their first meal.
Also, from the preview where we see them talk, she is shocked by something; let's see what it is. But I believe to resolve it, at the end of 8th, we'll have some unexpected move from DW.
Everybody hating on the love triangle, but I'm loving it🤣
I second this🫶🏻 Our guy who makes Dowon jealous also has good chemistry with her. It gave me goosebumps to see how he voiced his interest to OIY. Also, their hug in ER, Dowon looks up and sees these two, then they end up hugging again. I enjoyed every moment of it.
Either way, even if they see each other at home or not, there will be some kind of DowON moment. *While they watch…
Our theory seems to be right. Upon rewatching their scenes, Ku Do-won's expressions from the very first episode suggest he's captivated by Oh Yi-young's smile, rather than indifferent. As she begins to openly flirt with the relatively conservative Do-won, his reactions become more telling.
In the pre-release, his smile before catching up with her on the way home mirrors his earlier looks towards her. This consistency hints at underlying feelings.
We might be getting our hopes up too soon, but based on the director's previous works, he tends to reveal the male lead's perspective in later episodes. This pattern suggests we may soon gain deeper insight into Do-won's emotions.
is it confirmed that they accepted the offer? or is it just in discussion?
I'm not sure either, but as far as I know, it was still in discussion; however, Nam Ji Hyun, if the news comes up, is more likely to accept the offer. (In her past works it happened & hope they both accept, and soon it will be confirmed.).
I have discovered her through Moving Now in Resident Playbook, and her acting is great. There is lots of discussion about her acting, but it is natural for people to have different preferences & opinions; sadly, some comments are not just stating opinions but disregarding her as an actress and as a person. Looking forward to this pairing considering the writer and the director.
When it comes to age gap, he is young-looking. Thought he is at max in his mid-30s, an age gap exists in real life, but in the drama we have a story and dimensions to the characters; the cast plays those roles, not themselves, so the age in real life will be irrelevant in the drama since they'll have their own respective ages based on the writers' decision .
PS: I don't see any problem with age-gap couples; however, everyone has their own values on this one, but I think those who don't like it can separate actors from the characters, which is the easiest way to get over the age gap between actors.
I think in Do Won's three days leave he will keep remembering OIY and will feel desperate to come back and then…
Either way, even if they see each other at home or not, there will be some kind of DowON moment. *While they watch the episode, the actor playing Dowon said he falls 10 % starting from episode 4. There are two possibilities coming to mind (as most of the watchers are expecting).* 1) The actor's statement is actually what it is. 2) A plot twist: Throughout the years, he repressed his own feelings, thinking OIY does not see him that way when she fell for him. He processed it in ep 5 and in ep 6 he actually starts to accept her confession, assuring it's not just a phase for her but her feelings our solid before he lets his guard down (you know he has his routine and is persistent with it)
ps: He even rejected a blind date. OIY's sister asked her if she knows someone he is interested in at the hospital & vice versa. Maybe this hints at something, which made me think maybe this plot twist is likely to be the case.
Favorite trio of all time. Soon I would like to rewatch it after 1.5 years. Plus, intriguing cases that add depth to the story, accompanied with humor, were totally to my liking. AI wasn't seeking much romance, so it was 10/10 in this genre.
PS: I highly recommend Good Partners...cases are totally different than this one but can be a good option if you are looking for a legal drama with quality cases.
I believe it is normal for a story to have loopholes since it's a 10-13 min, 20 ep drama however, despite all, the visual effects are natural and well-made,. Plus, in their 2nd collaboration, the chemistry has a more mature and tender vibe to it. Their age gap is indistinct; in my top 4 CFT "cp"
After watching the spin-off Dong Jae, the Good or the Bastard, I want them to release a season 3 of Stranger. One of the best, the chemistry of the cast, is missed.
I had Unmasked in my list and delved right in without further delay and finished it in several days. For a while, I don't think I'll be able to watch another drama in this genre. From plot to seamless character development, this one already delivered everything I look for.
Chen Fangtong has this amazing talent for bringing out a wide range of emotions through the multi-faceted roles she takes on, and this is one of those dramas. Plus, Chen Fantong and Yan Zi Xian's tacit understanding is recognizable even from their eyes.
✨Personal opinion✨: I think short dramas are also an opportunity provided for relatively new actresses and actors to improve their acting through their supporting roles. For that reason, I didn't feel like villains and other side characters that much overshadowed main leads acting. Yes, in some episodes maybe they could have more screen time together, or some scenes could be longer, but apart from that I'm satisfied with the story and the romantic scenes our main leads had.
I'm here to share that I've finished the series! Woo hoo!!! 🙌I don't have any spoilers to share since the drama…
I also created my MDL account in the first place. 🫠😅 Her soulful acting really shows that she has a remarkable talent for deeply analyzing her characters emotions as if it were our own experience. She can relay all from the screen to us viewers.
Yayy! Gotta binge watch Culinary Vendetta and watch this tmr
I wasn't expecting to love their dynamics this much. Let's see how it evolves in the future. I think a true fan is one who is fair in their comment and raitings since each and every actor has room to grow, so honest and fair raitings, from my part, are good to have. You're welcome, wish you a good watching experience.
