this is... um.... i mean i think this is going to be one of the "so bad it's good" dramas. like, it's funny but also it makes no sense and production value is not that good. anyway i can't wait to see the whole thing unfold i hope they will keep up the energy
i don't see the point in this many episodes especially considering how much time is wasted. they also set up so many plot lines and over half of them just ends in nothing? ehh, i don't even like the main characters... namra is the most interesting out of the bunch honestly but even then it took me very long time to care about her. also the romance in this- what... is it even necessary...? this drama is painfully average, but i do like the ending quite a bit.

i thought the storyline with sister's boyfriend would be like... accidentally catching feelings but he is straight up flirting with him (preview of the next episode)????? like this storyline is so messed up but also... it's the most interesting part of this drama lol
i'm going to be so disappointed if they break up next episode and do time-skip. it feels cheap after everything they went through together. plus it's the last episode so it just feels completely out of place. i guess we can never have a perfect series..
it feels a bit cringe to observe white trying to behave like black while knowing absolutely nothing about him. it just adds this layer of awkwardness to every scene, it would be better if he knew at least some stuff. i'd be questioning him after the few interaction that he already had ngl the show is good so far but it's just episode one so who knows. the tone changes are super jarring though. switching between almost rom-com vibe and the actual story-line with the music being completely different too. the intro was kind of laughable too (the breaking glass effect oh god). but i'm not super put off by any of those things. i just count them into bl genre as it is lmao the series feels super different from the usual stuff we get so i ofc welcome it. especially that i've been waiting for this one ever since i saw the teaser. also as a side note, gun looks great as a bad boy character lmao
i love this drama so much. the fact that they are actually behaving like people in love (it's craaaazy), other bl series could never. also- am i seeing a gl plot line, i was already shipping ink and pa but now???? it might actually happen???? the wlw and mlm solidarity we all needed i'm so happy. bad buddy will probably go on to become my number one bl (unless they decide to give it a bad ending grr). nanon and ohm are playing so well too!! the changes from the novel are very much welcomed by me. i was so disappointed (technically i still am bc i'm only half way through the novel) reading it. this series made me realize that standards for bls are on the floor but finally we are saved haha i hope they put a bit more of ink and pa scenes in the future episodes, and i hope they won't make pa fall for wai.... he's already annoying me in the series (which is funny bc so far in the novel he is like the best character imo lol) anyway another week to wait T^T it's worth it though
