So much better than what I expected before starting to watch it. The cast is very good, all of them, and that's definitely much more than just another high school drama. I'm sorry for the people who can't see and understand that it's very deep behind the high school settings. As often, when it comes to dramas and talking about profound subjects but without being too heavy on the story, Japanese do it better,

Title Twelve
The production team isn't dumb they are well aware of the fact that the audience won't be exited for a remake…
Okay understood, it's forbidden to express a personal opinion or comment anything about a drama or movie Chang Wook is associated with, unless it is to write it deserves all the praises and that everything he does is perfect.
It became very grim to participate in the comments of any project he is in here...

It will still be a much less original story and character, compared to his previous works, than "Twelve", so it doesn't change my thoughts. And I wrote "if", "doesn't seem", etc. because it's all speculative for the moment, so let's wait to know more about everything before making quick conclusions.

Well it's up to him not us and don't underestimate sculpture city yes it is remake but point is it is drama over…
Please stop giving orders to people in your comments. Or write how they should think, it's really annoying. I have the right to come to the conclusion I want based on the elements I know, and share my thoughts about it here. And you have the right to your opinion too, but here you are not giving an opinion, you're dismissing mine and imposing yours. This aggressive way of writing is really not respectful to others.

Yes, it is. It was mentioned earlier as well.
That's exactly my point. Even if it's a "loose" adaptation with just a similar plot-line, it's lacking originality for me. Let's see in the future when more is shared about this drama, it's still very speculative for the moment.

Title Twelve
If it is confirmed that Chang Wook won't play in this, I think it is really his loss this time unfortunately. The only other project we know about right know is "Sculpture City", but compared to "Twelve", it doesn't seem like a very new addition to his career and cinematography, but something he has already done before (if it's confirmed that it's a remake drama of the movie "Fabricated City"). I was looking forward to see him play a new kind of role in a new kind of drama, and along with others great actors too. So it's a double disappointment for me this morning knowing he will not star in this and "Sculpture City"is actually just a remake drama.

Really ? Well, that's kind of disappointing. I just love "Fabricated City", it's one of my favourite movies, so knowing this drama will be a remake of it isn't really exciting for me because remakes are not very good usually. Even though the format will be different it's still the same story, told again in a different way. It can work, but from my experience it's often disappointing unfortunately. Let's wait and see, but I'm less looking forward to it knowing that now.

Revolver win Best film award at 33rd Buil Film Awards 👏 https://x.com/jcw_hyung/status/1841791817118806234?t=0Sf5on3000-NOzTh2Hi1yg&s=19And…
That's great news ! I'm actually not surprised, this a a good movie, and it's well deserved. I really think this film is not for the general audience, and that most people didn't get the film because they expected something else.

Title Revolver
That’s definitely not a film for the mass. I’m not surprised it was picked up for festivals, but doesn’t appeal to the general audience, and the majority of the audience here in particular.

Compared to what I thought before watching it, because of all the negative comments here, it was surprisingly good and quite interesting. I like it a lot. The characters are interesting (badass Ha Su Yeong, fickle Jung Yun Seon, stupid Shin Dong Ho and pathetic Andy), they are all actually kind of losers in their own ways. The acting is perfect and the story development worked really good for me. I wasn’t bored a single minute and wanted to know how things will go and end through all the movie. The ending, from the temple scene, is good.

I recommend this movie to people who are not looking for action but still like movies with some "detective" or "character in quest for something" kind of story, with a psychological side to it too.

I think that the only thing to really blame about "Revolver" is the way the movie was promoted, it gave the wrong impression about its genre and story, that and also with the star stud cast. Many people who are not the audience for this kind of movie watched it and thus didn’t liked it, which is no surprise for me.

It also confirmed me that I am really not in phase with most of people using this website. ^^

it based on novel and it's perfectly doesn't need more ep.
Well, we can disagree on that, but I think it's too early to be so affirmative. I will reserved my judgement after watching it. I didn't write that it won't be good, just that I don't like the 8 episodes format for TV series.

I was really dissapointed with how they developed the story... seriously bad writing. And the 4th prince is a…
Yes, I really don't understand the screenwriter choices on this one. Of course, it's a fictional adaptation of historical events and characters from which we have little sources, but still, he could have done an amazing job but it's like he decided to choose the worst option possible every time.

Title Queen Woo
Looking for a comprehensive review that acknowledges the entire show and is about more than just the debate over…
Well donne on your review. It's really well written, everything explained clearly and it is exactly what I think too. A big waste of a great story, amazing actors, and high budget.

King Sansang portrayal is awful (even disrespectful for me), King Gogukcheon and Queen Woo portrayals do not do them justice neither I think, and overall the screenwriter did such a bad job adapting this great story, creating really unnecessary characters (the queen's older sister) or scenes. It's too cliché or stereotypical. The budget is well used for the production though (exception for the CGIs that I think are of bad quality considering the level of production).

So according to Wiki if I am not wrong, real queen woo was quite a bitch.
Not the best source but, yes, she and her family where just trying to be in power and keep the power through the end.
