I finally finished reverse with me and it took AGES , why ? because I've rated it C tier which is just mid, yes that's right same tier as "Room in rome" or that one movie which I forgot the name of, that feels like a Christmas romance but without the Christmas part , it was really hard for me to stick to it so it made the time between watching episodes was sparce , for a long time I wanted to give it B- because it was trying something with the time powers and the decent camera work this supernatural element is what made me pick it up , but then on last ep they really forced the het B plot in it and that just put the last nail in the coffin I just don't need it my GL , you see the biggest cons of this series is mainly the overall feel of just "run of the mill drama'" but just flavoured with supernatural and slight violence instead of being transformative with it and secondly the plot is mediocre at best it seemed cool at first but it didn't last, let's have a short sum up just to realise that : the MC , Kliao and her LI karan meet after Kliao is having a shit life because of a car accident then her LI rewinds time to cancel that because she has seen visions of being with her (which is a weak justification for a ship in my books) because time god powers , then a few episodes of beating around the bush because karan is feining she doesn't know her then the guy that wanted to kill her in the car accident shows up because the dad of Kliao hurted his feelings once about his family dying in a car crash so he wanted to do the same to him (which is a dumb reason and really took off my immersion from the show at the time) , he gets shot and dies , and a second guy shows up and wants to kill/blackmail karan because his parents died in a car crash (again like first guy) because of karan's rewinding time drawbacks that we never heard about it before and is just convignantly placed here in the plot (which is an asspull and really took off my immersion from the show at the time) , her sister with time powers too just shows up and takes his gun and doesn't shoot him (sad) , he just decides he won't and goes "oh ok then , I guess I just accept how it is" , he took someone hostage but the police literally goes "ig it's fine" (I wish I was kidding) , then his brother kills himself with a bleach overdose then he doesn't , then woooo everyone is happy, kiss and goodbye, the end.
if your last episode needs to be viewed in 1.5x speed then it's not a good look for your show, it's not bad bad per se, it's mid , it's C tier
