I usually avoid kdramas coz they're too heteronormative and focuses heavily on the romance genre. But OMG I love this drama I binged until 3am in the morning and finished it in one sitting.
Not sure if this is a hot take but, I'm conflicted about season 2. I want more since it was so bloody good, but at the same time, I think they ended it where it was supposed to. S2 that was hinted feels like just dragging the storyline unnecessarily. Like also, as if anyone would play the game again. Wound is too fresh.
I do have to say that the reveal of what Jaeun's big crime was kinda anti climactic. Then again, it shows how psychotic Harin had to be to make a huge deal of that.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone asking for any kdrama recs from now on.
Also, as a side note. The acting in this show was top knotch. The one that played Harin was amazing.
But I agree. The fact that ba-mhee chooses a man child over the perfect woman that is Judy I just can't.
Its 1000% made for a male audience.
