ive been stuck on ep 17 for a while, i enjoyed the start but now it feels like the story turned into nothingness. does it get better from here?

i feel bad for people who watch this as their first ever drama, its like the mcdonalds of kdrama. its not terrible but its not that good either, theres just so many better options to choose from. the only time i ever rewatch this is for the car scene lmfao

one of the few classic enemies to lovers drama that does the romance correctly. whenever i want to rewatch other old romcom dramas the ml is usually extremely toxic through the whole show which pisses me off. in this drama it actually seems like the ml changes, so far as to put stuff on the line for her, and his tough persona felt more playful and less malicious once he started liking the fl. of course with old romcoms you cant expect a very deep plot, this is more of a drama to watch when you want some cheesy but cute romance

hahaha yeah kdramas during the 2015-2018 era was truly something. i do prefer older dramas but its the first time ive seen something this wacky lmao, i burst out laughing when i saw the green screened childrens room flashback in episode 1

fun watch. this seems like something youd watch if youre tired of complex dramas and want to go back to the simpler times of cheesy romcom stereotypes. the fl's actress was also really good in "you're beautiful" which i can also reccomend (one of the few classic enemies to lover tropes done well at the time)

i finished this drama in one day from how exciting it was, the acting is great and the mix of comedy and thriller is flawless. i finished this drama months ago yet i still think about it to this day. i only watched it because i wanted something similar to strangers from hell, and man, this was exactly that. i truly dont have any complains about this other than the end was a bit long it couldve ended at episode 12 but nonetheless i didnt find it too dragging and liked every episode

okay so ignore everything i said im on episode 10 and its an absolute blast the acting is great, the editing is improving, the fl stops being annoying and gets some character development and the DID seems pretty realistic (props to the actor!). the thing about the fl and her brother is still kinda weird tho even after getting so deep in the kdrama

this reminds me so much of those bad quality tubi movies lmao, cant tell if its because of the weird editing or the acting. also, im only a few episodes in but is it just me or is the scenes with the fl and her brother very off? it has a weird vibe considering how they are a couple in another drama (she was pretty)

mdl reviews are usually exaggerated and nit pick everything. its such a bad look for people who are new to the site, ive skipped so many dramas years ago because of them having bad mdl reviews but when i watch them years later theyre perfectly fine. some people truly think theyre critics lmao

exactly what i was thinking. the way they handled the bullying situations seemed so unrealistic and quick that it feels repetitive and boring

if anyone wants to watch something similar to this, watch psychopath diary. trust me. its insanely underrated

Since alot of people are loving this drama so far, whats a drama that gave you that similar feeling of excitement? Even if the plot or genre is different, i'd love to know! Just need good stuff to watch while waiting for new episodes lol.

This drama never ceases to amaze me. For the past few years, so many dramas have felt like copies of each other, and audiences were just expected to settle for it. But beyond the endless cycle of bland, cliché modern rom-coms, watching the teaser for this a few months ago felt like a breath of fresh air. I love seeing a director who isn’t afraid to try something new, and I hope this inspires more creativity and originality in future dramas.

what a fun watch, completed this in 2 days. I love how each character has their own story and isnt there just for the sake of the main characters. I also like how this isnt a cliche reverse harem where all the men fall inlove with the girl, but treat her like family. The final episode is a bit off putting and disturbing tho considering what happened just an episode ago. 9/10 show, one point dropped solely because of the last episode.
