Yes, the directing wasn’t great, but that’s because it was literally directed by the authors themselves, who didn’t trust anyone else with their project.
And it’s always the same people who started with Thai BL acting like Thai BL is somehow superior when it comes to BL overall.
Xiao Yao and Hong Ye really suffered 😭😭 At some point i was tired because it looked like the drama was just going in circle and i am glad i didn't. I got hooked again after the introduction of Teng She, Qiong Qi and Ao Hen.
