well the female character kinda jokingly hits on him but both lee jungyoung & song kang have stated there is no love triangle. i think it's just friendship and she'll have playful banter with song kangs character. idk if you've seen Weak Hero Class 1, but it's kinda like the dymanic between sieun and the girl character. i'd say the romance tag is more about the two males as the story is about their friendship which is pretty much a "bromance".

also if you haven't watched it yet and are contemplating bc it's not a bl, please still check it out. it is so beautiful and gets very wholesome. i think even without a kiss, this show will definitely satisfy you either way :)
