i was a bit worried if it could hold my attention but i ended up watching it in one go. so glad i gave it a chance because i think it just became my go to serotonin boost
Not all real life couples kiss, it's not a necessity for a relationship. They drew a line for Dayeol and personally…
The screenwriters showed in the last episode that Dayeol didn't want to move fast with kissing and I'm glad they followed with that character trait. To me it showed development from the eager person he was while in school to a more mature person who thinks more long term and doesn't rush into things. It's a nice contrast to Taehyun who started more timid and closed off but opened up and accepted his feelings. I am also glad to see representation of different relationships with different boundaries. Romance doesn't need kissing to be good.
They were so sweet in the last episode it almost made my teeth rot. The bullying made the beginning a bit questionable but this might still get into my top 3 KBLs.
imho, the moment someone starts over thinking the metaphysics of a ghost story is when they should honestly just stop watching if it bothers them too much. it kinda annoyed me in the beginning as well but as soon as i started thinking "fuck it, its entertainment the science doesnt have to make sense" i started to really enjoy the show
the ending was pretty predictable imo but the way they did it and mentioned that giving second chances can become toxic was a nice detail that i havent really seen in many bls. the finale saved the season imho, and even tho i did wish that oh and q would be endgame i knew that wouldnt happen. if q gets his own series or sidestory i hope wed get a look into when his feelings began since from his reaction you can tell there were some and how he copes with them. i hope he finds his happiness too cause he was always there for oh. what i did find problematic was the line about if teh really loved oh how could he feel for someone else. in my opinion it stigmatizes having feelings for people outside relationships. i understand that for some people knowing their partner likes someone else too can be a dealbreaker but people have feelings for several people at the same time all the time. where teh went wrong was acting on them. he should have been open with oh and talked it through, not cheated.
i 100% only kept watching for wit and win. i hated kim, he was super annoying and there was no chemistry between him and tha. tha on the other hand was a bit more interesting and reasonable. it was pretty funny tho how win just wore glasses and tha couldnt recognize him. and kaew being blamed for wits death??? when she didnt know about it and was lied to when she asked??? wit should have definitely gotten therapy, i do get that its stigmatized but the poor boy was literally eating hot soup with his bare hands. both of the car accident scenes were so stupid tho, if they(1) had time to push them(2) from the way they(2) had time to get out the way themselves.
Although the Seme/Uke thing in this episode was really hillarious but it got confusing for me. Can somebody please…
considering that they havent had sex its hard to know who is who, since that is where it ever really matters. sexual positions give nothing to the story unless there is a scene for it except strengthen stereotypes about gay relationships. but from them playing around with the idea i would speculate that they would switch.
