I may watch it depending on the episode count. TW version was a bit too long for my taste. 16 eps and I'm in.

Design wise I like the old version lot better (I'm not talking about features). New version feels a lot clustered. Its like you want to fit more info into a small place. Especially homepage. Part of it is maybe due to my adaptability. but I still prefer older look

yeah I watched dr strange. It was not bad. Not as good as this one. I'll give it another chance next week.

I watched this after watching god gift recently so couldn't help but compare the two. 1st of all this has good ending with everything resolved but the intensity in gods gift was better IMO. One thing I disliked about this show is Lee Jun Ki's whiny character in the 1st half of the show (last few eps were much better). While watching I was like man up dude. Seriously If I had most of the police force on my ass with my daughter's life on the line I'd be thinking of ways to survive rather than crying about the shitty life I lived. It annoyed the hell outta me and I began skipping the crying parts. Overall it was very good drama. I gave it an 8.

Out of all the new kdramas I started only this holds my interest. Big man, Hotel king disappointed me greatly. I'm considering dr.strange but i'm not particularly into medical shows. This has nice blend of comedy and mystery. I also like go ara and seung gi.

I'm putting this on hold for few weeks and see how things turn out. At this point I cant take anymore of this routine cr*p. The progress of plot also essentially stalled with the typical kdrama style "business managing" taking centre stage where our heroine faces one stupid challenge after another with the resident baddie screwing things up even more and our chivalrous hero coming to the rescue and also with the whole pseudo-incest theme playing out, I'm not in the mood to put up with this anymore. It also doesn't help that all I see are wooden faces on this show. I'll check back after a few weeks to see if things improve a little

this is getting boring. none of the characters are interesting at the moment. i'll watch today's ep and see if i wanna continue or not.

Loved the ending. Really liked the proposal scene and how they expressed themselves. One teeny tiny thing is I'd have loved to see Jung woo's mother and sister one more time and accept Ae ra again (and also apologize to her). I think the writers kinda forgot about them completely. Nevertheless it was a perfect ending unlike gods gift.

I gotta agree with docnty. I like this better than EC and my reason is cast. Especially comparing Jihyo and Lee min Jung. LMJ is miles ahead in acting capabilities. My rating for EC is 8 ad for this its 9. Both have their own positives and negatives. EC did a better execution of developing the characters of the entire cast, but I feel the issues of a couple getting back together after divorce are handled better here IMO and also the main cast(OTP) in this is very strong.

yes definitely. Although this drama has some common drama cliches I'd watch it for OTP and Ae ra's characterisation. If you like rom com dramas you'll like this one too.

Now regarding the ending itself I feel DC is alive. Seriously he's not gonna drown himself in atmost a thigh deep water body. Its not like there will be sudden cliffs like in seas in the river/lake. As someone below pointed out if Dong chan tries to kill himself SB will also die with him. BTW at the end what happened to all the thugs near Mujin reservoir (someone was even taking pictures)?? why didn't they try to stop Soo hyun when she's running to stop the plan?? Anyways for me it was quite an underwhelming ending. It was just so-so.

First of all this is a great drama overall. But I have quite a few gripes with how things played out in the finale. Main thing is they wasted a lot of time in the 1st 50 mins like sentimental reunion of Dong Ha and Yong gu. It was kinda necessary as koreans love melo stuff bit still it was a bit long. What I feel is they could have skimmed off a few mins from the 1st 50 mins and have given a bit more time for the last 10 mins to play out. I even slept on the ending to get a better feel of it and still feel it was a bit rushed. Another thing is in the 1st timeline Ji hoon was there when Dong chan was being thrown into the lake which means he also must have been watching Soo Hyun commit suicide (DC even shouts to her which should spark some interest about the possible eyewitness in him) and didn't do anything to stop her. Even though he wanted to break up with her it was still heartless.
What I feel is this drama got really caught up in needing to add a twist ahead of us every step of the way, that drive actually got in its own way of giving us a proper ending. If the 1st 14 eps are rated 9~10 then the last 2 eps are only 7~8 IMO. Seriously by the end almost all the adult named characters are either killers or got themselves killed in this show (exceptions are only snake, Soo hyun and DC's friends). By the end when president's son and wife are revealed to be the actual perpetrators of this whole mess I did not get the wow feeling I got from the earlier episodes, it was just another twist, another revelation thats all.

This is top in my watch list now.

Ohh please!! how stupid they have to be to stick around and wait for them to examine the fake jewellery ??? They had SB in the car and SH was also in her car so what was stopping them from leaving??? It was bad writing. Just accept it and move on. I'm not tearing the series apart over this one scene. But the writers could have atleast make SH's husband try to make an escape attempt and get caught instead of waiting like a sitting duck.

Seriously WTF??????? when they got her back shouldn't they leave from the scene ASAP?? especially when they know they are giving fakes. Initially for a minute I thought Dong chan has given fakes to Soo hyun but then remembered she saw them too (she also has Identic memory too :P). Seriously was that the time to coolly hear SB's voice over the phone ??? This is simply bad writing. Anyways this episode is the setup to the final. Revelations were good. Apart from the above mentioned gripe rest of the eps is good.

well seeing as gods gift episode aired yesterday... there's good chance we'll get the last 2 eps this week

Now the torture of having the raw on my pc already and waiting for subs begins. Seriously suggest something else to do guys or I'll end up watching the raw.

No in the initial timeline DC was not the killer. IIRC he has the hairpin from the night she was kidnapped. SB died a week later. The blood I believe was from the fight he had in his drunk state.
