Well yes I watch a series to see a perfect portrait of a workplace environment, no I'm not. The series is so far…
Don't come at that account. Its definition of a not-boring workplace setting is that other BL series which is rated a 10/10 while rating SbS an 8/10. That account didn't even hesitate to question the attitude of the intern. It's like the intern is perfectly written and acted.

Wahahaha the script is so cringy its like watching a high school production. I thought Sky is a chef, why is he…
Guess you're skipping some scenes. It was mentioned that Sky will do an all-around task for his first week.

That kiss after puking was yckkkk. If I am Win, I will smack the hell out of Sky's face, hahaha

The only Filipino BL that I completed is Like in the Movies. I guess this will be the one that I can finish.
Haha. Yup. I watched Gameboys this year but I stopped watching it. I don't like how they speak in Taglish 😂 (excluding that bff girl which I forgot the name). I also started My Story after watching TDILY. This and My Story are so funny as hell. But this one is very youthful which I love.

I seriously ADORE this couple. I was so mad at Phupha when I first learned he left Nanfah for years just because…
I think Phu overheard the conversation between Nan and Party. I guess Party might slip his tongue on Ep8/9 and tell Nan that Phu loves him too. Phu running away again, in my opinion, will force Nan to realize his real feelings and be the first one to confess.

7.9??? Really??? From what I've seen from the comments, they didn't like the workplace setting. Hey there, this is how some of the corporates normally works! Unlike in ABaaB (I have to use this as an example. Sorry for those fans), there are too many flaws in the workplace and the work attitudes and ethics of the Boss and the Intern are ****. I, for sure, can say it also has the age gap but I see Boss and the Intern in the same-age group. Yes, the romance is actually there and I like it but the romance overshadowed the business aspect of it. ABaaB didn't manage to balance every aspect and that lost my interest.

Step by Step has my full respect. Although I didn't like how the work colleagues including Pat overly acted their roles, they still managed to make me feel like I'm working with them. This is my sign that I'm really invested in the story. 7.9??? That's rude for this piece of art.

PS: I'm excited on how their relationship will start blooming.

But with series like not me...bad buddy and msp...12 and 14 eps was perfect
You're right. I neither got bored nor skipped any scenes from those three you mentioned. But in ABaaB, some scenes aren't unique and follow the same formula which other Thai BL has (the beach outing).

The different situations of Party, Phu and Nan: (I’m explaining a lot for Phu since 90% of watchers are aiming for his neck)

PARTY:
Present
I do admire Party’s bravery to confess. During this time, he can’t hide his feelings anymore. He confessed but a friend is a friend in Nan’s viewpoint. So, sorry for that! Anyway, you deserve someone better.

PHU:
I assume during this time, when Nan confessed that he's anti-"Friends-to-lovers", Phu already has feelings towards Nan but those feelings can still be suppressible.

When they were drunk at their room, this was the time when Phu can't suppress his feelings anymore. If I was in his position, I would jump to the conclusion that Nan loves me back and turning this into a romantic relationship is possible. BUT, not every person has the same way of taking actions. Probably in his mind, Nan only confessed to him because Nan was DRUNK. Scared of Nan's confession (that 15 years scene) and the worse possibility that Nan didn't love him the same way, what would be his best option? He left without telling the truth. He knew that if told Nan where he was, Nan will surely go to Chiang Mai and look for him. He probably hoped that maybe by leaving, his strong emotions can subside.
When Nan was searching for him in Chiang Mai, do you expect him to show up in Nan's front and tell Nan that he lied about going to Melbourne? If I was in his shoes too, I would not show up.

Present
Seeing the nightmare scene at Episode 6 and from the way the editors had to include his traumatic backstory at Episode 7(his father died and his mother had another family) after overhearing Party-Nan conversation, this explains why he still can’t tell Nan the truth. This is also the reason why he decides to step back again and asks Joe for a different place to stay.

*Think of how strong Phu is when he managed to suppress his feelings for 5 years after that anti-F2L scene*

Nan:
Their backstory clearly shows that they cared for each other as friends/brothers. He has the right to know Phu’s reason of running away after all. But his actions since Phu ran away 10 years ago are confusing. What does he think of Phu, as a friend, brother or soulmate? If he loves Phu back the same way and that he was so scared without Phu, would it be best that he confessed way back 10 years ago? Because if Phu confesses to him first, then DON’T TELL PHU THAT YOU LOVE HIM TOO because you are just friends and what you said to Party is unjust. If this really happens, this anti-F2L will be the worst plot ever!

I would still protect Nan no matter. He's one of my precious treasures after all.

Overall:
I will just wait and let Episodes 8-10 to clear things out. Since the characters’ personality and behavior based on Eps1-7 are very clear and solid, I am in no position to hate the characters. So, please be the same. The one-after-another situations turned them like that. Nan only left once and he will be going distant again. I don't understand the never-ending loops of scenes which the others are talking about. Oh, do you also blame Phu about running away again when he left to Chiang Mai to see his grandma who got arm accident? (Please, he even tried to send a message to Nan after their fight at the park)

Plus the sound levels! When they are at the fancy restuarant the bgm is so loud you can barely hear their voices,…
Plus the transition of scenes, it really turns me off. I still like the story though.

I never hated Phu since Ep1. If only watchers really dived into Phu's behavior when he was a child, they'll understand what Phu is feeling inside. His family situations and Nan's revelation of anti-"friends-to-lovers" were the reasons that made him take those actions.

It's like the saying.. "putting yourself in someone's shoes"
